I would have given this 4 stars if I had left feeling extra fabulous or some emotional experience. It might have been my fault for putting emphasis on looking natural and hoping to come out looking a little more "done" up. I HAD already had my brows done a few days prior so I actually made an appt for lips and forearms. So I let her keep going. - she waxed my lip then finished with thread - also not at all painful to my surprise. And with quick dexterity she grabbed a few lose hairs on my face and around my hairline with the thread and thoroughly waxed my forearms. I mean it must have been 15 mins total for the whole visit and I was SMOOTH! with my thick, dark , coarse hair I don't think I'd been that smooth EVER.
