I was sent here on a referral from my PCP. Her hours at this location are not the same as the office so someone else may be there. The staff are very professional and helpful. The setup when you walk in is that the registration is at the back desk rather than the front desk. I've gone to the front desk for returning my paperwork and setting up a future appointment.
After a brief wait, staff takes me into one of the rooms and asks basic questions. Make sure you stop taking allergy medication (Allegra, Zyrtec, etc.) at least 3 days before you visit! Dr. Conner knocks before coming in to the room. I have had several visits where various staff has tested me for allergies on my arms, follow-ups for tests on my back, as well as consultation for shots. She has given recommendations and provided personal feedback in a simple yet detailed manner without pressure. She answered my questions in a professional manner (is my change in shampoo causing rashes? what should I do at home? how often should I get allergy shots?) and was quite pleasant in her demeanor throughout, up to my physical exit to the front desk.
