The office staff is kind and understanding, even though there were hiccups with my insurance. Dr. Wagman is a class act. As a nurse, I notice that his physical assessment is steps above what most family doctors do. And Dr. Wagman actually listens! He is old-world thorough without the arrogant know-it-all-ness that typifies that era of medicine. He's not pretentious, but he does his job simply and gently and makes the patient feel like he has all the time in the world for them (even when the office is totally slammed). There is also a nurse practitioner at this location. I have not had the pleasure of meeting her but I hear she is nice.

I have been a patient since 2007 and called to get my blood pressure medine renewed with 9 pills left to a phone number disconnected and an office shut down. There is nothing on my patient portal that tells me she was retiring and when I was there there the last time, she said nothing of her retirement. I am left with no one to renew my Rx although the pharmacy has been trying for 30 days and no word. Wasted my time to drive by the office and no one is there either and nothing posted. I should have known at that point this doctor was no good, it wasn't until she declined to order a Vit D level that I was ready to get the hell out of there! Not to mention, I asked her nurse to make sure she drew certain labs and she did but then forgot a particular panel so I had to go back. Steer clear! When he complained, they sent him a formal letter of terminating their professional relationship. They then sent a bill with a phone number that is no longer in service. When I called the office to pay, they are now listed under a new name and the front desk was completely rude. I don't know what's going on, but I'm switching to a different doctor's office.

I didn't know the process and trusted that every step I went through was going to lead to my request. However, she never planned to honor my request. She sent me to Radiation, "KNOWING" that once I had that, I would not be able to have reconstruction. She even taunted me about not being able to get it. I have other complaints, but this is the one that is most important. It was a dereliction of her duty, unethical, and cruel. Clearly a malpractice case. However, she covered herself on paper. She is caring, attentive, and listens to my concerns. I've never felt "rushed" during her time in the room with me. Now that the office has moved locations, there seems to be an improvement in their customer service and the attitudes of their office staff.
