We arrived around 3:15 PM today and during our visit, one of the male employees watched us with a hostile and intimidating stare the entire time we browsed the store. His behavior made all of us uncomfortable. At one point, he even walked to the window and watched my family as they walked away down the sidewalk. I spent a lot amount of money in their store, so I'm unsure whether he suspected us of shoplifting or if it was another issue. Regardless, his demeanor came across as unpleasant, unwelcoming, and intimidating. I wanted to make Shaker's aware of this because it significantly detracted from what should have been an enjoyable visit, and I sincerely hope other customers are not treated in a similar manner.

Headed there with low expectations but figured it was worth a shot since it was just a few minutes away from the market. Once inside, a friendly associate asked what I needed help with. Told him I was looking for mahi and he said "we're out up here but let me check the back". A few minutes later, he makes his way up to the counter with a large mahi in hand. He skinned and deboned it right there for me and sent me on my way. The price and quality of the fish were both amazing!! My only regret is that I didn't buy more when I was there.
