He was already back chatting with the other couple and my partner didn't want to interrupt him so then I went to go ask another employee for help which then got the servers attention and he came over. Then we waited like 10 minutes until he was able to refund and recharge the correct amount. We had just driven 3 hours after having a medical emergency all morning and almost cancelled our trip. We had an absolutely heart wrenching day with the news we received from the doctor. But we decided to move forward with the trip and just have a nice dinner as we recovered for our first night. So while the food was good, this was not a pleasant ending to our already terrifying day. Pay attention to ALL of your customers!
