Pistachio is one of my favorite flavors, and this was simply the best. Chock full of pistachios. The perfect balance of sweet with just a pinch of saltiness. Creamy and delicious and just the absolute perfect treat for a 105° day. Unfortunately, I didn't stay as long as I would have liked because when I first walked in I was greeted with the stench of mildew. I'm not sure if they had some sort of water intrusion event recently, but but there was a strong musty mildew smell soon as I walked through the door. In addition to the ice cream, I also bought some chocolate covered mango and apricot but I ended up taking that to go because I couldn't deal with the smell any longer. I tried my chocolate covered treats when I got home but unfortunately the chocolate just didn't have any taste. None whatsoever. It was rather disappointing.
