I have been practicing in a clinical capacity since my practicum with the Family Medicine Department of the University of California at San Diego in 2011, followed by subsequent experiences in various settings, including in private practice, an elementary school, nonprofit agency, primary care and corporate onsite health center, ever since. I became licensed by the Board of Behavioral Sciences of California in 2015 as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist No. 88894.

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist No. 88894
I love what I do and am so grateful to be able to work with individuals, couples and families and am deeply committed to helping them improve, grow and achieve their goals.
My expertise is in relationships, fertility challenges and perinatal mood disorders, anxiety, depression and grief/loss. I use an integrative approach drawing heavily from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and systems theory.
I feel that it is a privilege to do this work and am honored by the trust my clients have in me. Clients report that I am perceptive and insightful, that I have a way of making them feel comfortable and that my therapy room is a safe and nonjudgmental place to express themselves and be heard. I have also been told that I am a good listener and ask thoughtful questions. These are among the highest compliments I could receive.
