When you…read morewalk in, everything is perfectly divided into boys and girls sections, sorted by color and item type, which makes browsing easy. They also have a nice little kid area where the kids can hang out while you shop. I picked up 24 items, which averaged out to about $5 an item. While the prices are generally good, I do think they could lower the prices for smaller toddler clothes (like for my 3-year-old) compared to older kids (like my 6-year-old) since it's so much less fabric. The customer service could use some advice. Some staff wasn't very welcoming, and after buying 24 items, the cashier just handed them to me and said "thanks for shopping" ...no bag, no apology, and no warning that they don't provide bags. Trying to carry two dozen loose clothing items out to the car with a 6 year old was challenging. On top of that, they tacked on a $3 card processing fee at checkout without mentioning it upfront. Parents, please beware: I also bought one of the $4.99 sparkly bear jelly squishy toys for my daughter, and it has a very strong, toxic gasoline smell. I looked it up, and the CPSC recently put out a major warning to discard any squishy toys with this strong chemical odor because they off-gas carcinogenic VOCs like benzene. Shops shouldn't be selling these dangerous jelly toys to kids. Bring your own bags and cash if you go, but definitely skip the squishies!

I was also told I'm lucky I'm getting a refund at all (even though I was the one waiting on the dresser for so long) Overall if you choose to shop here, just know that the owner of the establishment does not care for your time or needs, just your money.

They broke their contract by charging my mother for the sofa and not respecting the day established on the contract to deliver that sofa. Now, they're telling my mother she needs to wait another month for the sofa because their "system changed the dates" (they have already charged her six times and they didn't bother to call her informing her of the change). I'm telling everyone in my family and friends to never do business here. Unprofessional staff (the employee said his name was Luis) and lack of communication! Update: we never got the sofa (ordered it since November). Right now is December 18 and we had to cancel the order because we never got anything. We didn't get a response from the manager either. This furniture place is making us cancel the contract and wait probably more weeks to get our money back.
