This place is just magical. I didn't even know this place was here. My sister in law treated me to…read morea spa day before my baby boy came. We were secretly hoping the massage would help push the baby out lol ! When we first got in the receptionist greeted us right away and knew about the appointment so she took us back to the lounge area. The lounge area alone was huge. They have flavored water and seltzer water and also offer wine or mimosas. The lounge is very relaxing too so it sets the mood for you before getting your massage and facial. My first service was a facial and it was done by Daniella. She was great. The sweetest lady and really took her time on my face. I explained to her how my hormones were changing with the pregnancy and my skin was doing some crazy things and she knew exactly what I needed. She explained my skin was pretty good and the random spots of dryness were just of the pregnancy. She did an excellent job on my face. My face was glowing for days after. She knew I wanted to relax as well so she kept the talking to a minimum and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable throughout the facial. I highly recommend booking Daniella for your facial if you book that service here. For my second service I had Brittany and she did the prenatal massage. Her hands are magical ! While most people come to get a massage and relax I was there relaxing but also talking her ear off ! Luckily she didn't mind and we had a great session. She was helping me prepare for birth and made my body feel so relaxed and calm afterward. It was exactly what I needed. I am sure if I wasn't pregnant she still would have a done a fabulous job on relaxation massage as well. This place is great and I highly recommend them for anyone in the Brandon area. The prices are a little high, but this place is one of those places that are worth the price !

    1. Facial Fire & Ice 60 min facial with hot stone neck/shoulder message…read more What I got was 35 minutes I timed it, no message with hot stone. $140.00 2. Message - Swedish 80 minute, was fine, nothing special, asked to do deeper before she started, didn't really answer me. Never asked If I like what she was doing, no verbal communication. $110 Gave me a cup of water with no ice in a paper coffee cup with lid. Nice 3. Manicure - again Ok, nothing special, didn't offer any drink and didn't have a lot of colors for manicure to choose from. $40 4. It was a Gift certificate my husband gave me for Xmas, $435.00 I called to ask If I could switch out what he paid for to get a deep tissue message, young girl told me I could not switch out because some of the services were discounted. What! Money is money but ok. Then when getting my nails done, I asked the working girls about it and they told me of course I could have switched it out. They had never heard of that before. Someone needs some training. 5. When I got there, they brought me back, hurried me up, gave me a key to a locker, asked if I wanted a robe, probably since I'm going to be here for 4 hours, then left, didn't tell me where shoes were, mind you the robe would of fitted a 400 pound women and the wrap was as big, I had to hold up everything with my hands. No one ever checked on me or met me in the room they told me to go to. They offered me Mimosa once, never again, and when I asked for water from the message therapist, it was in a coffee cup with a lid throw away kind. For $435.00 You would expect some sort of pampering, and attentiveness. Maybe not a foam cup with lid. 6. While checking out, I told the young girl I wanted to tip the girls, she told me it was included in the certificate. Then she tells me I still have $145 on the certificate. That can't be, are you charging me $145 for a pedicure I did not use? She told me I used $290.00 for spa treatments. That would be full price, not discounted prices she

All in all, this is a welcoming and relaxing spa, that cares for the development of their staff and makes me feel pampered every time! A few highlights: For hair, I highly recommend Moyo! She has a great Instagram page that showcases her portfolio and talent for balayage. I'm a brunette on the lighter side and she has helped me explore more natural highlights and small tweaks to my regular trims that bring life to my hair. Kim is a master massage therapist! I always feel refreshed after a session with her, highly recommend the aromatherapy and CBD additions. Lastly -- Nosheen, a newer member of the salon staff, and man, she works miracles with my eyebrows. My new go-to for threading!

Rene is a true master of hospitality. Her warmth, sincerity, and attention to every detail make you feel like you're her only guest. It's like walking into a private spa that was designed just for you. I brought my daughter here to celebrate her birthday and as a single, working mom and full-time student, I wanted to do something truly meaningful. Rejuvenation Spa delivered an experience beyond what I ever hoped for. I had a massage with Kirsten, and I say this with zero exaggeration: she's among the best I've ever encountered and I've had massages across the globe as a frequent traveler and road warrior. Her intuitive touch and skill are second to none. My daughter was equally pampered, first with an incredible facial by McKenzie (who left her glowing inside and out), and then with a soothing massage from Jasmine that she's still raving about. If you're looking for a gift for someone special or maybe you need to pause, breathe, and recharge, make Rejuvenation Spa your first call. The name says it all. You'll leave lighter, brighter, and completely renewed. Book the experience. You're worth it.

The key point to remember if you pay hamburger price, you won't get steak. With that in mind, here are the negatives and positive. Negatives (every place has it) : It's older & dated. There are some odd things like jewelry they are selling. There are random rooms scattered as private office making it a bit confusing. Next to the cold indoor pool, there are also odd items. Positive side : You can't beat the day pass of $35 for saunas, cold pool, hot tub, steam room and showers. They have sofa, tables and chairs to relax in every corner They actually serve pretty delicious Korean food for a reasonable price. Portion is generous. They give you gown, towels and other items you need to shower and freshen up to step out. All you need is your swimsuit and personal items. Place is clean and quiet. Not a lot of people. The staff are seen but they won't approach you unless you go up to them to request things. So you get your peace & tranquility. Separate shoe locker and interior locker. Yes. The place is not fancy but just remember to get "fancy" it's usually in the 3 digits. You really can't expect to pay hamburger price and get steak. Until they have similar competitor who charges the same but gives you much more, I still feel it's worth it.

As a Korean individual, I'm also disheartened by how they misuse the name "Shangri-La"--it doesn't represent Korean culture at all, and the business profits while disregarding it. They mishandled a $400+ gift certificate, despite Florida law that states gift certificates never expire. Shangri-La imposed arbitrary rules, demanded ID, and refused any solutions, even though we were legally in the right. To make it worse, Carrie was rude, offered zero empathy, and made no effort to help. When we spoke to the owner, we were mocked, cut off, and dismissed, with the owner even claiming to be a lawyer. This entire ordeal caused real emotional, mental, and physical stress. It's heartbreaking that such a large sum, meant to be a meaningful experience, is now unusable due to unjust treatment. I strongly urge them to be reasonable instead of such deviant beings.
