Instead we get turned away on a day we had plans to be out and thought we could drop our dog off at her 1st daycare day. They also charge for half day daycare for the meet and greet as well. They have a ton of questions that they ask and they have truly thought of everything, even things I wouldn't think to ask. To book appointments, they will give you a login to schedule visits and you can customize them for the amount of time and what they'll do at each visit. This is also where you maintain your client profile and can update any changes to your pets' health. This has especially helpful as we had to say goodbye to one of our babies and ended up adopting a new baby later this year. Life with a kitten is ever changing, so I just logged in before a visit and made sure the profile reflected any changes. They do take the time to read through them and it's evident in the personalized notes they send after each visit. As other reviewers have stated, they have a call-in number to make sure you get home. For one trip, we got home later than expected and they were calling me and emailing me to make sure they didn't need to come for another visit. I truly appreciate that attention to detail and the fact that they love animals as much as they do. One note...they are so good that sometimes they get backed up and run out of appointments, so be sure to book their services in advance for any planned trips. We almost had to use someone else at the end of October and it freaked me out. I definitely won't let that happen again!

She reacted with a terrible shudder. Yes. It was shocking to bother her and me!!! That med should have NEVER been pushed . Meds are not pushed when it's a human patient! And then she died in my arms. NEVER ever have I been through such an experience when other precious lives were helped to cross over the bridge. This is why I do not and will not ever take another of my previous babes to this veterinary hospital. I still stand by my comment towards my friends with poodles that the south side of Oklahoma City does a better job compared to the north side. Upon walking into the store, your going to feel pretty claustrophobic, since this place is very small, and the little room it does have is occupied by plants, and chairs. Its nice to know your groomer is good tho, which is apparent since she has tons of awards hung on her wall. When I first walked in, I found the only employee on site was the owner herself, which personally i found refreshing. (I love when the owners themselves help me, since its their name on whatever their selling, they usually do the best) So whenever you stop buy, It will be the owner your talking too, and the owner grooming your dog. I found from talking to her, that she used to do grooming for popular dog shows and events; which explained how she knew so much. Its appointment only, but sometimes if you walk in she'll make space for you. She had my dog all ready within hours. Her prices are pretty affordable, and considering her past experience reasonable. She talked to her through the entire process. I love seeing a groomer who loves the animals and doesn't just see it as a job. The only down side of Putnam Paws is how small it is inside, but as said in other reviews, you can't judge a book by it's cover.
