The facility looked nice and spacious. They have several people that work there to keep up with everything each dog needs. You don't have to bring dog food if you don't want to bc they'll provide it for your dogs. They also provide beds, blankets, or towels for your dogs as long as they don't tear everything apart. In order to get the medication's that last longer than five days you have to have a prescription. So when I was given the prescription and told to go online to purchase it as they didn't carry it in office, I tried to do so. I tried several places and all require either a written prescription mailed to them, which takes a long time (multiple weeks) or the vet can just call them and approve it. The vet would not call them and approve it. They said they've had difficulties in the past with chewy. I called and tried to talk to chewy about it and got right in to speak with a pharmacy tech no problems at all. So now I'm having to wait while my cat suffers.
