The facility looked nice and spacious. They have several people that work there to keep up with everything each dog needs. You don't have to bring dog food if you don't want to bc they'll provide it for your dogs. They also provide beds, blankets, or towels for your dogs as long as they don't tear everything apart. I'm really glad that there's a nice facility like this in the area that's reasonably priced compared to the other ones in the area. We'll definitely be back!

After being a faithful customer for greater than 5 years I was told I needed to find another place…read morefor my dog grooming. I called today to inform them that I would be bringing only one dog for the standard appt.becaus I had to put down my other dog. That was when I was informed they changed their appointment system and I had to bring my dog so there would only be a 4 hour window for pick up after the grooming was completed. Unfortunately I work in the city and this does not work. It's unfortunate I have to find a new grooming service. They never offer me the opportunity to pay for the extra time my dog would be there. I have always able to drop my dog(s) off on my way to work (8.30) and pick up so as I was able to leave. I generally picked up around 5-5.30. So be ware if you work this is not the place to bring your dog.
