The lady from the Chinese place almost got me from her giving me sample of the orange chicken. The rest of the food hall is typical shopping center fare from pizza, Mediterranean, and cheese steaks. The food hall is smallish in relation to how much real estate these outlets have. Outside of the food hall on the property are Wetzel's Pretzels and Fatburger which has its own space for seating. In the early 2010s, I've visited Guess and purchased pairs of sandals. Was not really motivated to check them out. Did visit Nike, Adidas, and Puma. Puma was not busy and had pretty decent prices. Adidas was crazy busy especially with customers interested in FIFA World Cup gear from various countries. Nike was super busy too. If they had a TJ Maxx at this center, I would likely have found and purchased deals. The Regal Edwards movie theater is just a block away. Previous review! Overall these Outlets are A-OK!

They had so many items and the shelves were well stacked. The mirrors spotless and the dressing rooms did not have even one left over outfit or hanger left in them. They had everything arranged according to size and product. It made it so much easier to find things. I noticed they also have new arrivals in store from coach itself that are full price and they don't fall under the percentage off discounts like everything does. When I walked in, I was greeted by a sales associate who then approached me and asked if I needed assistance. I politely told her that I was just looking. Despite that, she continued to approach me and bombard me with information. I again explained that I was just looking. She would briefly walk away, only to come back and tell me about the features of different bags. I explained to her that I was already familiar with the bags and their features because I had been looking at them online. At that point, I simply wanted to try the bags on. I was being polite but intentionally brief because I was trying to communicate that I wanted to shop independently. As I looked at other bags to try on, the same thing continued. She repeatedly explained the features of the bags even after I had already told her that I was aware of them and was simply trying them on. Unfortunately, the experience became so uncomfortable that I ultimately decided to leave. I felt like I was being targeted or pressured because the associate was desperate to make a sale, rather than being allowed to shop at my own pace. I now know which bags I want, but because of this experience, I will be purchasing them elsewhere. Associates should certainly be available to assist customers, but they also need to recognize when a customer has clearly communicated that they would prefer to browse independently. Respecting those boundaries would make for a much more comfortable and positive shopping experience.
