Over the years, I have undergone several procedures with Dr. Gasper, including tooth extraction, bone grafting, and dental implants. I have great trust in her expertise and professionalism. She always takes the time to explain each procedure carefully--what the goals are, what to expect during recovery, and how to care for yourself afterward. Her clear communication and attention to detail helped me feel informed and confident throughout the entire process. Thank you, Dr. Gasper, for taking such great care of my "problematic" gums and helping me restore my oral health. I would also like to mention the wonderful office staff. Everyone in the office is friendly, professional, and helpful. Visiting a dentist can sometimes be intimidating, especially when facing major procedures, but the warm and supportive environment always makes me feel comfortable and well cared for. Even during the most challenging treatments, I felt that I was in good hands. I am truly grateful to Dr. Gasper and her team for their excellent care and support.

Years ago, I had some pretty bad experience with a dentist that made me anxious and nervous towards anything dental related. From the beginning, Dr. Gasper took the time to clearly explain my treatment options, answer my questions, and discuss costs, so I could make informed decisions without feeling pressured. Throughout the process, I felt that she truly cared about my overall health and long-term well-being and genuinely has her patients' best interest in mind. It was also clear that she takes great pride in her work, high standard of care, and is committed to doing things the right way to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient. After each treatment, she personally followed up by text to see how I was doing, which really stood out. The post surgery recovery was basically painless (didn't even need the prescribed pain medication), which is another indication of her competence and skills. I also appreciated the coordination with my general dentist to develop a comprehensive long-term treatment plan. The office staff is amazing - always organized, responsive, and on top of everything. I'm very thankful for the professionalism, attentiveness, and exceptional quality of care I received. This experience restored my confidence that there are doctors you can trust.

I was panic and worried, especially when it comes to my kid. My child was having tooth pain for 2 days and a wiggling tooth. I need to see a dentist to help with the pain and make sure the wiggling tooth is not an adult tooth. I have been searching online to find a clinic that I can see on Sundays. Almost 95% of the clinics will close on Sundays. Even with the one that said they are open, either is fully booked or not answer the phone. I was so scared that I can't take my child to see a dentist on Sunday. I was already worried at night that I can't even sleep. I was so glad that after I called All Smiles Dental on a Sunday morning, within one minute, I received a text message from Dr. Ho. He helped answer all my concerns in a short period of time. I felt relieved. Dr. Ho definitely is caring for his patience. I highly recommend this office. Dr. Ho is an amazing dentist.

Here's my update based on the owner's response…read more Her response is a lie. I was not satisfied with the first round of Invisalign - my teeth were not fully straight after over 6.5 months after the initial treatment length was quoted as 5 months. I mentioned that my teeth weren't straight but because the treatment was going over the original timeline I was ok with just getting a retainer. THEN they couldn't get my retainer right. Tell me of one reputable dental office that cannot get a retainer right after 6 times... it's crazy. THEN my teeth shifted while waiting on several different versions of my retainer and they offered to redo my treatment to straighten my teeth again which was nice but bare minimum. THEN I finished round TWO of my treatment that took another few months and my teeth STILL WERE NOT STRAIGHT. When I asked the dentists about it she said "Invisalign is to align the gum line of the teeth it doesn't always provide a straight smile. A lot of my clients say this". But this was after A YEAR OF TREATMENTS. She did not tell me upfront that my teeth wouldn't be completely perfectly straight - so to me that is complete false advertisement. THEN after finishing my SECOND round they still couldn't get any retainer to fit properly and that's when I was completely disgruntled and gave the feedback to the dentist. This dentist did not respond professionally at all. And her response here shows that too with the gaslighting saying "my review is not an accurate depiction of what happened" is completely FALSE. Please don't let yourself get scammed into going to a dentist who doesn't properly disclose important information about treatments ahead of time, gaslights and raises her voice to her patients making them extremely uncomfortable, and who has a history of doing this (check out all the other low star reviews... the stories are all the same). Save your time, money and mental health - don't come here!!
