At the same time, he makes you feel at ease the minute you begin talking. He provided everything we were looking for and more. Since my wedding was a destination wedding, I corresponded with Chevy through email and phone. He was always very available and prompt for any questions I had. My mom and I had mentioned to him that we were having trouble finding ceremony music. By the end of the afternoon we had received an email from Chevy with ceremony musician suggestions along with their contact information. He goes the extra mile to help you! I met with him only twice before my wedding and he exceeded our every expectation. He took the many requests for songs I had and even let me dedicate songs to an unlimited amount of people during my reception. His fee is very reasonable for the outstanding service he provides. He also let me make on the spot requests & changes and immediately delivered. He set the tone for the mood of the evening and it was wonderful. I got so many compliments from my guests that the reception was so much fun. Almost every seat in the house was empty the entire reception because everyone was on the dance floor including all of my grandparents!! On the day of the event, Nicole was super responsive and put me at ease that the big moment would go down smoothly. She even hand-crafted champagne glasses and brought a bottle of champage for us to pop after I popped the question (open containers allowed in Savannah)!! The photos turned out so well (she sent them to us the next day) and I couldn't image a photographer who would have better handled any single aspect of the proposal from start to finish.

So the only way we could capture the memories of our daughters first dance recital was to buy a DVD. We ordered one and now she refuses to give us our DVD a year later. We are not the only family who didn't receive their DVD. She refuses to refund our money. She refuses answer messages or even respond to our better business bureau complaint. She's blocked us from making comments on the business Facebook page asking about the DVDs and trying to get a reply.
