From my understanding, someone was supposed to contact us the day before the delivery to let us know the timeframe but no one reached out. They actually called us the day of the delivery saying their people had shown up at the business to deliver but no one was there (we were closed and needed to have someone go out to meet the delivery person). On the pickup day, I had to call them to find out the pickup time, which was also not very accurate since they were coming from the Woodlands. I waited until about 4pm for pickup of the items. Other than that, the items were great and the delivery people were super nice and helpful. Just hope that they can refine their delivery procedures so the customer doesn't have to wait around all day for drop off and pick up. We paid approximately $150 for the delivery service since you can't go and pick up items yourself.

SUPER DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW MY MOST RECENT ORDER WAS HANDLED!…read more This was my second time renting tables and linen from this company for my annual holiday party. Last year, I was able to order and rent tables and linen from here and had no problems at all. This year, I order tables, linen, and a 20 x 20 tent with walls. Our event was for December 18, so I requested for the rental items to be delivered on December 17. The initial order was a bit too expensive for my party budget, so I asked our sales representative, Nakeesha Clemmons, to remove some of the extra items to help us with pricing. Somewhere in the process of editing our initial order, Nakeesha changed our setup date from December 17 to December 18. Since the setup date was not something I asked to be adjusted, I did not think to check when the order was updated. On December 17, when prepping the venue for the event with my Event Committee, I became concerned that the rentals had not been delivered. I called Nakeesha to inquire, and she informed me she had me down for setup on December 18. I informed her that, that could not be right as I know I scheduled the order to be setup on December 17; which makes sense since our event was on December 18. I found the email where I originally requestee setup on December 17. I asked Nakeesha to accommodate our December 17 need, and she said she would check with her manager. When I asked to speak to her manager, Jason, he called me back and said the same thing as Nakeesha. I informed him of the issue with our setup date changing. He informed me he was not able to accommodate our need. I am VERY disappointed this happened leading up to our important event. It caused added stress on the date of our event. We wanted an at home, down to earth engagement celebration and she helped every step of the way. She came to our home and sat down with us and walked us through the ins and outs of tents and costs of rental for furniture and helped select the color combinations we used. She offered her expertise in booking my hair and make up stylist, food and even hiring the additional help we needed to keep the night smooth. She is very professional and has a kind and caring manner to her business. Set up of the tent was 2 days prior to the event and take down was the day after the event. On the day of the event, there was a large storm that was predicted to come through. She set up walls around the tent and drapes to tone down the winds. Her quick thinking techniques ensured a well planned back up to our evening. Everything went smoothly and I would recommend her services to anyone interested in throwing an outdoor or even indoor Indian event!!

He was incredible with transitions between songs and played all of our songs on our "must play" playlist, as we requested. He was fantastic at reading the crowd which helped keep the dance floor so packed for the entire dancing portion of our wedding reception. His energy was incredible! Our meetings with everyone from DJ AM Productions have always been very organized and efficient. They were incredibly detailed at taking note of what kind of vibes/music we wanted, and also to take note of what we didn't want. They are very professional too. If you want your dance floor to be hyped and packed the whole night, this is who you want to book! I can't tell you how many guests have come up to me after the wedding and told us that one of their favorite parts of our wedding was DJ DAZL. Having them be a part of our special day truly made the night extra special and fun for us.

We interviewed several wedding planners with…read morethis in mind and Stephanie was the ONLY one that gave us peace of mind due to both her demeanor and experience! She helped us plan a 3-day event, focusing on the wedding and reception itself. We married in June 2023 but started planning in early 2022, so we had chosen the wedding venue and reception location. You may say, well what did Stephanie do? The answer is a whole hell of a lot, including letting us keep our sanity. We were initially just going to use the TheKnot and plan the wedding ourselves. We were quickly disabused of this notion when we sent quote requests to the top 3 vendors for photography and flowers and were quickly overwhelmed with the questions. Once we selected Stephanie and explained our "vision", she selected the top 1-2 vendors in each category, told them our vision and we just met with them for our comfort. Further, even though we had decided to pick folks for hair and make-up, our choices fell through and Stephanie was able to find awesome options. Finally, Stephanie also understood the ins and outs of the special venue (the Butterfly Garden at the Houston Museum of Natural Science) and helped us navigate what we could and could not do. Additionally, the reception location was initially not going to provide a tasting due to our small party (~40 people), but Stephanie was able to wrangle one, which gave us a sense of comfort we otherwise would not have had. She also helped us with set-up and coordination for our welcome ("rehearsal") dinner, even though this was initially not in her remit. During the wedding, she kept us on track and focused. It exceeded our goals of being drama-and-stress free and everyone had a fantastic time! If you want to enjoy your wedding and have peace of mind, Stephanie is HIGHLY recommended!

There are so many details that she took care of for our wedding and reception, and the events would not have gone as smoothly had she not been there. Most importantly, she delivered on everything she said she was going to do. Let me repeat that...she did EVERYTHING she said she was going to do. I cannot emphasize enough how important that is for a successful event, not to mention that it really reduced our stress level the week of the event! We met with Sobi prior to the event date to go over everything that would need to be done during the events, and she was informative about what to consider and worked with us to figure out how to make everything run on time and the way we wanted. She was very sweet and easy to work with, not to mention organized and listened to what we wanted. She made sure to ask questions so she could understand the type of wedding/reception we wanted (and not necessarily what would be 'easiest' for her to handle). She also made sure she got all the information she would need for that day (including setup diagrams, vendor contact info, schedules, etc). She even followed up with any questions she had after reviewing everything we had given her. She confirmed all of our vendors for the day, and took care coordinating all of the details (and believe me, there were many of those) and setup of the venues. She also made sure we kept to our timeline during the reception, which was amazing (and awesome) considering we had about 185 people at the event to handle. During the event, Sobi was calm and very organized. Some of our guests even commented that she was very sweet and was doing a great job handling everything. Sobi was invaluable to us with all the logistics she took care of...and she was the biggest reason we were able to relax on our wedding day! She handled everything that day and we didn't have to worry about ANYTHING! We highly recommend Sobi for any event coordination!

A month before the event date, we had a meeting with him and we had to make some changes, that he increased the price and we paid him the remaining balance as well as the increased amount hoping he would do the best and we trusted his polished words. What happened: STAGE-Votive candle walls, chandeliers in front of candle walls, fresh greenery intertwined in candle wall, hanging wisteria with LED candles Includes: Uplighting, stage covering (not entire stage), seating, candle skirting Colors: white and blush. Dance floor with monogram. Aisle Decor. Huge difference when he put up things! The monogram looked very horrible. After talking to him, he told us that the work is not yet completed and they will do the remaining work the next day morning of the event date. No additions were added to the next day. All center pieces looked dull and rusted without any fresh greenery intertwined. Instead of LED Lights , he used votive candles for the candle wall on the stage. Before the function had started, the candles started to burn the fresh greenery intertwined. Just because of some of our guests' timely involvement, a big accident was avoided. The whole stage would have caught fire and it would have been a big tragedy. Our guests who tried to put out the fire were badly injured and burnt themselves in saving the lives of other people. They underwent treatment and could not go for work for weeks. TABLE CENTERPIECES-Not exactly how we wanted it. PERSONAL DECORATIONS had to be added at the entrance of the hall as well as gift table inside, even though( Sign in table 1- $0.00 $0.00, Cake Table 1 $0.00 $0.00, Gift table and gift box 1 $0.00 $0.00, Easel 1 $0.00 $0.00 ) were all there in the contract. After the wedding day, we called to ask for some sort of compensation, and still haven´t heard anything back from him. He didn´t even acknowledge that maybe he had made some mistakes. For him, he did everything perfect.....???? We wouldn´t be surprised if he would answer this review saying that he put all the effort and did EXACTLY what we asked for. Personally, not worth it at all. The impression we got is that it was all about the money and not about how to truly make it right on the day of or how to compensate if there are mistakes. Very frustrating considering how expensive it is for what you might get. We would strongly recommend you to keep looking for another decorator!
