Because I was too far out of the service area and they needed to schedule a pickup and bring in house to fix. Fine can we do that. Finally a pick up date set. Pick up was in February. They delivered my chair the end of April in the very same condition it was in at pick up. No fix had been done. This all started I January. It is now May . Five months without a chair to sit in. NOT acceptable . I did not accept the delivery. When I called the service department to inform them of the situation all I was told was we usually don't accept the chair back after it has been delivered. Ummm are you listening. I have been waiting 5 months for my chair and it is not fixed and all you can say is we usually don't accept the chair back after it is delivered?? What kind of service is this? Called again yesterday to find out the status."I will send out an email to the warehouse and call you as soon as possible" I have not received a call. It looks like a lot of Costco, dollar tree excess stuff that didn't sell. Some prices were high even, such as $24 Legos and $8.99 towels. There are a boatload of toys and clothes. I bought an ND flag, Reeses popcorn, and 2 bottles of pop. They had Glacier National Park stuffed animals and excess stuff saying Silverton, CO. Places I had not been to. This pottery was alright, but then marked with a sharpie. How dumb. This place was very similar to Gopher Bargain Center in St Cloud. Oh, there's a lot of expired Easter candy. Anyone?

Yes its my 3rd one now and yes i havent even had this mattress for 6 months. I am pretty sure its from a dumpster and was just recovered. All 3 mattress never made it a year. First one was 8 months, 2nd was 4 months, this was 6 months. All mattresses caved in with body indents and this one has the side caving in. A fabric stable was poking out sliced my leg and my dogs leg. He accused me of reuining the mattress and basically called me fat and told me that my pug shouldnt sleep on my bed. I am out $1000 and no place to sleep. Owner and his man slave are a real piece of work. They dont tell you the terms and dont give you lease papers. I had no idea what i got into. Thought i bought a $500 mattress but a year later i recieved the lease and it all went to shit after that. I have never in all my life met such shady people. DONT DO IT.

We paid $650, cash up front, for a box spring and matress. When we got it to the house, we realized that the box spring wouldn't fit down the stairs so we asked for a refund for just the box spring. I sent my husband with the man from the company with the box spring, expecting to be refunded at least $200. The man claimed that the box spring was only worth $50, leaving me with a $600 (not the greatest quality) mattress without a box frame. I'm not a happy customer at all.

When I called the store to ask what I could do; the guy told me the company deals with the 10 year warranty issues and to call them so they come out and measure how deep the hole is; ridiculous. Fast forward 1 1/2. My youngest son outgrew his bed and since I had a credit card with a high limit that I had paid off quickly at Mattress Firm we had to go there; to my relief his bed is great and it was one of the cheaper ones. I was never late for a payment, I paid more than the monthly amount due and even paid off the first garbage mattress early, but these jerks closed my account for a bad hit on my credit report that had nothing to do with me or Mattress Firm. I immediately disputed the hit and the derogatory remarks have since been removed from my credit report. So much for loyalty or rewards. I would have thought that since there are more than 5 places to buy mattresses within a mile of each other on Hwy 371, they would have wanted someone who was still willing to work with them. Don't waste your time because even if you find a mattress that has some quality put into it; you'll still be waiting about a month to get the mattress and that was before the pandemic.
