The delivery drivers were totally disrespectful when , as they were backing down our driveway they took out several large branches from a tree, ran off the driveway leaving ruts in the yard and running over sprinkler heads and when my husband told them to stop, they refused and continued to back down off the driveway. They ultimately refused to deliver the refrigerators we had already paid for and one of the delivery stooges said "I have been with Karvonens for 8 years and I have the right to blacklist you"!! Karvonens made absolutely NO service recovery other than to get a second crew to complete the delivery. In this day and age with so many options available, we have chosen the option of never using them again.

Someone called off the online form and told me it would be a couple days and that it would be X amount of money.
