They refused to fix the issue stating that there is not a warranty on the product. They are a dishonest company that charges a large amount of money for something they do not stand behind. When asked for a partial refund since they refused to fix the problem, they declined. Highly disappointed and would recommend that everyone avoid using them if they value quality products.
