The way I was spoken to over the phone was absolutely demeaning and disrespectful, and this was the manager. I am not sure if this person was new or if I just never got the "pleasure" of speaking with him all these years. After months of no communication I was finally able to exchange my defective product but only for store credit, which I don't even want to step foot back in this store because he made me that uncomfortable. So I am now paying $200 a month for for really nothing.

We stopped in on 9.29.23 to look at and possibly purchase two lights for our kitchen island and one…read morelight over kitchen sink. We walked the whole store, looked at lots of lights, tried out a nice leather couch (nice surprise since we are also looking for a new couch) and not one staff person acknowledged us. No one greeted us upon entering store or approached us while we were looking. The store was not busy and I noticed at least two staff people working. Obviously they were not interested in our business and we proceeded to leave the store. I would not return nor recommend this business.

Worst quality and customer service ever! I spent over $1000 on 2 recliners in which the fabric…read morepilled up with in days and the whole cushion to the recliners was gone within a month and then just the whole thing broke!!! We had them come out and put new mechanisms in them and then figured we would have to live with the fabric and cushion but THOUGHT at least they rock again! Nope made 1 worst then it was to begin with and the other one the same! Never would I buy from this store again! Also we purchased the extended warranty on them as well and still they have done nothing to try and correct the issues after the 1 time, they just threw their arms up and said hmm not sure why you are having these issues. As soon as we walked in the door, Courtney greeted us right away and asked how she could help. We knew what line we were looking for and asked if she pieces were in the store. She said that they were and walked us right over to the pieces we were interested in. She gave us information on pricing and availability. We let her know we were going to do more looking around the store, as we were in the market for rugs and artwork. She said to let her know if we needed help with anything, and she still checked on us as we looked around. She also helped us in finding chairs with custom fabric that we were interested in. We had to go home and measure and figure out how things were going to fit. We came back to see Courtney a few days later and she set up our orders for delivery! Courtney was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable about all of the items we were interested in! We are looking forward to our new furniture and highly recommend you pay a visit and see Courtney!
