First I should of read the reviews on this dealership Karma Westfield. As everyone is saying stay away from this dealer ship!!! They added packages and fees to start that made the price jump up from what it was listed for. Second I brought back the BMW x5m that I purchased, I still had 30 days and 1000 miles under the warranty limit ,I came in to get the AC fixed because it was not working. When doing so the manger Tiffany pulled every trick in the book to say they was not covering it. Forget about all the going back and forth with her on why it should and not get fixed. Long story short when I came back the next day after seeing that the car never moved an inch since I brought it there. When I asked for the key some one went and told her that I was there, she jumped in my car and drove off the dealership property. When I asked where she went with my car no one knew. I called the cops and reported my car missing because no one could tell me where she went when I just wanted to get my car and leave. One's she came back the cops there ,she said she took it for a test drive.... I am being very nice on what I really want to say on the whole situation. Just like all the other reviews I need to warn anyone who has been swindled into visiting these crooks. Advertised prices online do not include their 11k services which they include on every car when they arrive on their lot. During my visit there the manager Tiffany also withheld the keys to the vehicle I was considering trading in until we threatened to call the police. If you are looking to experience the classic sleazy used car lot then this is the place for you! Do yourself a favor and look literally anywhere else. All this and I haven't even mentioned how condescending Tiffany was to my wife and I when explaining the financials when our clearly incompetent sales person had no idea what he was talking about. read more

Stay away from this place. they are the poster child of bait and switch. went to look at a car last Friday, the sticker price was something like $24K took the car for a test drive. when we sat down to to make a deal somehow the care became $37K. i made and offer and then the sales man went and got the manager. she showed up with a strut and an attitude.trying tell tell me how the asking price went up by $12K. please stay away from this place. they are a joke. read more

Today was my final visit to this used car dealership. I came back only because I was told the deal I requested was already in place pending a review of my trade. That turned out not to be true. The manager I was supposed to meet wasn't available, and I spent almost three hours with a new sales rep. A total waste of my time--plus three hours of travel for nothing. read more

We saw a car on Karma's website that we were interested in.The price advertised was $18,500. We went to see the car and test drive it. The car was very nice and we were very interested so the negotiations were begun. We asked for the out the door price as we were ready to make the deal (provided our mechanic whose shop happened to be 5 minutes away) gave us the ok. Our salesman came back with the price of $29,000!!! He said they put new tires on, brake pads, a theft protection plan, a skin to protect the paint and some other things and so the price jumped $11,000! They are very shady. They should have advertise the price as $29,000 instead of the $17,500 which was obviously to get customers in. Don't waste your time - these dealership- they are dishonest. STAY AWAY!! PLEASE READ: This was the worst experience I've had with any dealerships. These people are dishonest. If you don't want to waste time and money, I advise you to find a different dealer. I drove 4 hrs from out of town just to meet with Stephanie (sales rep I'd been talking to) regarding a 2023 suburban premier. Before I went to this dealership I had multiple conversations with Stephanie and we had agreed on a 50k out the door price. I asked her multiple times on the phone to confirm that 50k out the door was the agreeable number which she confirmed it was. Upon arriving to karma dealership Stephanie took me for a test drive. She then took my info and tried to rush me to the bank to get money for the down payment- when I asked to see the final price of the vehicle on paper, her manager, Tiffany came and told me they couldn't do 50k even though that was the agreement. STAY AWAY of this dealership. Don't be misled by the good reviews. This is the review you need to know. I bought a BMW X6M Competition 2 weeks ago. After 12 days the car started have a lot problems among them the air conditioner stopped to work and a warning from the dashboard informing there was a issue regarding the passanger airbag. I reached out to the seller called Nina and the manager called Carlos. They did not answer my calls, my messeges and my car is covered by the dealer warranty. They said my car was covered from the factory warranty for 3 months as well, but it was covered only for 10 days. Im telling you if you have corage to go to this dealership, be prepared to make the worst deal of your life. I'm going to sue the company. read more

Sheisty is an understatement. Listed a car on Autotrader and Facebook marketplace for 23.5k. Refused to talk price on the phone (typical salesman stuff) I asked specifically for an out the door cash price. After I drove over an hour out to them, they revealed 11k in fees. Sure, 2.5 or so is expected for tax tags and title, but 11k? When asked about the fees, I was told that about 4k of it was security hardware that they added to the car and couldn't be removed. Well that's now part of the car, why is it hidden in fees and not in the price? 5k for a "reconditioning fee," mind you the car that looked perfect in the pictures was littered with dents and scratches as well as interior pieces falling apart. When I asked the manager could only say "it's for oil changes and maintenance." You know, the kind of things that any dealership should just eat the cost of as the price of doing business instead of overcharging a customer for in a hidden fee. When pressed on the matter, the manager kept saying the fees are listed on the website, which yes they are, minus the 5k recon fee - also auspiciously hidden in a tab titled cash price that is almost designed to not even be noticed by reading the listing. But like I told him multiple times, I didn't look at their website. I looked at Autotrader which said absolutely nothing about any of it. Facebook marketplace also has their listing with no fees shown. The manager said at best he can split the fees with me, to which I walked out. Typical bait and switch and shady practices. read more

Beware of this dealership!! They are scammers and will charge you 10 thousand dollars or even more in fees. I recently came to this dealership after seeing a good and fair price on a car and was hit with a huge amount of fees. I tried to negotiate with them to a fair price as half of them if not all fees are all fake in order to keep their business running and to themselves. They will tell you, "give me a price and we can negotiate it," and come back with the same numbers. I promise you, save your time. Their customer service is also a 0/10 as they will have you waiting for hours as the salesperson goes to chat with other salespersons and will laugh with them and waste your time. This isn't my first time purchasing a car, but it will definitely be my LAST time coming to this dealership if it's even considered one. I would recommend for people to stay away from this dealer. They have prices they will tack onto the final price of your car, so the advertised price is a few thousand less than you'll actually pay. That's not the worst part, though. I worked on a deal with my sales person (who was actually a very nice guy through the whole process, so nothing against him) and once we came to an agreement (via text and selecting the financing through the website), I went to the dealership to sign the final papers and pick up the car. The car was washed and waiting for me, as the sales person said it would be. But then after I waited for about 45 minutes, I learned that there was someone else in process of doing paper work to purchase the car. I was told that if HIS financing didn't go through, then we could do the paperwork on that we agreed upon. They clearly favored selling the car for the higher price instead of what we agreed upon, they favored selling the car to a male (clear since they didn't take me seriously until my fiance came to meet me once I realized they were selling the car out from under our agreement), and they did not keep their word arguing that our agreement wasn't official since I hadn't put down a deposit (which I would have gladly done if they had even mentioned that needing to be done). Once we left, they sales person called and offered me $500 for my lost time (I spent multiple hours there on Friday and again on Sautrday). Following the call, they emailed me asking that I in turn don't post anything on social media, which I of course didn't agree to since that then becomes blackmail. Please do not waste your time or money with the people who run this dealership. Please do not do business here. I had to change my review due to a recent incident. I'm a disabled veteran and law enforcement officer who purchased a 2018 Porsche from this dealership in sept 2023. Initially, my experience wasn't terrible, Negotiations went well, and I was told that I would get a full warranty when I purchased my vehicle when reviewing the contract, I noticed that the paperwork said I declined the warranty. I immediately address this with the finance manager Tiffany and the manager Iggy. I was assured that everything would be fine and Corrected. When I finally got my warranty and read through it, it was only for powertrain coverage and not the warranty that we agreed upon I was told that I would have to pay an additional $1500 to get the warranty that was discussed during negotiations. I paid the $1500. I received my new paid warranty paperwork and call the warranty company to confirm that it was correct. recently, I went to the Porsche dealership due to a problem with the rear spoiler. I was later informed that I was under no warranty. when I called the warranty company. They said the warranty was canceled due to dealer error in late October 2023 when I called the dealership to speak to Iggy, I was informed that I would be giving a call back and the situation would be rectified the next day when I called being that I was at the Porsche dealership with my vehicle waiting to hear about the warranty information. My calls kept being redirected. Eventually I got a call back from Tiffany who told me that she needed to speak with Iggy and that my call would be returned. I heard nothing from the dealership and I repeatedly called. every time I asked to speak to the finance manager or the manager My call was redirected or I was told that I would be called back. No one ever got back to me or rectify the situation, I sent several emails still no answer. I am now in the process of taking legal action contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Westfield Chamber of Commerce to report of this conduct Being that it now falls under consumer fraud. I have my initial contracts, and I also have email correspondence pertaining to us discussing the warranty and the check which was cashed, I also have correspondence from the warranty company DOWC that both contracts were canceled due to dealer .There are other dealerships with the car that you want please do not do business here . if I never had to take my vehicle in for service, I would've never known of the contract being canceled.
