Andy was a huge hit! The kids absolutely loved him. And Andy was such a trooper. It was over 100 degrees, and he played a 45 minute show in that heat (in the shade). But the kids were dancing their butts off even in that heat! I was super impressed. He's just so great with the kids. Andy is also very professional and very kind to work with. We scheduled in advance, and he was very good with communication. He was very patient that I forgot to send him a requested play list until the morning of (not cool on my part). He was very gracious and never complained about working in that insane heat. I was very impressed and very grateful. The kids loved him and the parents raved about him. Everyone was very excited that I bought CDs to give away in the treat bags for the guests. I highly recommend purchasing some CDs to give to guests. Please support Andy Z because he's an awesome guy and is amazing with the kids! The funny part was when I asked him about certain models, he google searched and read the content back to me. Hmmm... could have done that myself with more efficiency but giving him credit for the effort. The second staff had no interest to serve me obviously, sharing little information on the differences of the models while hoping to land a sale with such hasty service. No thank you. First music lesson was great. We did the first session of the 5yo music superstars class: age…read moreappropriate curiosity motivated things like sing, piano, drums, uke. I was a little nervous about sending my son off into a room since he's not quite of the age to do that with new people that I haven't gotten a chance to meet yet, but it was actually better for the kids + they had a live zoom feed of the room to watch how it was going. The teacher was really fantastic and understood the assignment and read the room perfectly, well experienced in teaching this age. She helped ease the kids in, offered toys for them for the session, and so on. Made it really interactive and fun. Started off with a singalong asking for participation on how to say hello in different languages which the kids loved, genius. Overall a very high EQ teacher and well structured class agenda, really nailed the teaching and interaction that works well at this age (and frankly any age, in the appropriate form). I was impressed and taking notes. My son had a cheeky grin after the class when he saw me after and couldn't wait to tell me what happened. He is excited for the next class!

Then the next day I get another email saying I was too late, even though I had responded before their deadline. Poor communication, and I don't understand why when I confirmed the first time, my spot wasn't booked. I'd love to find out if they were good, but they don't seem that interested in it.
