Within 3 weeks, I had a problem with the range, so I called their service dept to report issue. They said they would get me on their schedule, but only had one person for all out-state repairs, so would let me know when they could come. Guy came about 3 weeks later and said it was probably the control panel and replaced it. A couple weeks later, the same problem I had started happening again, only this time my oven completely quit working. I called Rigels service department again, and he took the info and said someone would get back with me on when they could get it fixed. I waited a couple days with no response so called again. This time, I spoke to the most condescending woman I have ever dealt with in my life. When I told her I was incredibly frustrated as they did not fix my oven and now the problem was worse as it was not working at all, she told me that I needed to just settle down, and implied it might not have been fixed correctly because I didn't give them enough information originally. She then said she would get a work order put together and send someone out when they could. I asked if she had any idea when that would be. She said maybe 3weeks, but told me I did NOT need to call them back as they would let ME know once they can send someone out. I ended up contacting Fergus Home and Hardware for my warranty repair. (Highly recommend them!! So professional and nice to deal with) and they had the problem diagnosed (bad relay board) and repaired in less than 2 weeks. It has been a month since I was told by Rigels I did not need to call them back and I still have not heard from them. Maybe if you live in Moorhead or Fargo, you will do okay dealing with them, but if you live outside the metro area, be advised if your appliance has any issues, Rigels does not seem to care about customer service.

Very rude manager/owner and office staff, very disorganized service staff. Owner hung up on me…read moreseveral times and after I called back he said to me "we can do this all night." Then hung up again. Full review below: Called to get our washing machine repaired that we purchased from them. A lady in the office who was rude form the start stated they would call to set up a time for service. They never called, one morning a tech just showed up and called from our driveway. I watched and listened to him on our cameras complaining and talking/mumbling about how we weren't home. We were told they would call back to schedule another day. After a week they didn't call, so my wife called in and was instructed that they would call to schedule a day. They did the same thing again calling from our driveway. The service tech was frustrated/annoyed that we were unavailable when I talked to him on the phone. I called into the store and was told I had to speak with the service manager but he was away from his desk. 5 hours later he called back. His name was Gary, who is by far the rudest most unprofessional manager I have ever spoken to. After explaining my frustrations with this process now taking almost three weeks he started talking over top of me and down to me. He would not let me say a word and started to yell at me and then he hung up on me so I called him back and he said to me, "we can do this all night." Asked to speak with the owner and then he told me he was the owner and hung up. Do not go to this place or call them they all have horrible customer service, which is driven and taught by the owner.

We had an…read moreissue with our dryer, called up Home Depot, and they issued out a claim with the service provider being Homemakers Villa. Part of the process was that Homemakers Villa was to call us back to coordinate times they would visit but we had not heard anything from them. My wife decided to call them and ask about the status and to get a better estimate of when they will come provide service because she wanted to get laundry done. What she faced was the most incompetent and rude people in all of the Fargo-Moorhead area. The service rep, Lisa, was getting after my wife because the order they received was not complete. She constantly berated my wife in telling her that everything is all wrong and that it was up to us to figure it out. I could hear the nastiness spewing out the speaker of my wife's phone and I had enough of it. At one point Lisa said to my wife, "it just says concession on this. What are we supposed to be consesshing?" Wow....just wow. I then spoke with the manager, Gary, who proceeded to tell me that it's not their job to qualify and validate their order and it was up to me and my wife to go back and get everything squared away. Mind you, they never told us what actually needed to happen. They were hostile and rude and straight up said that "big box stores screw up everything." I informed Gary that I will suggest Home Depot remove them from their service provider list and he said that is fine. Apparently they don't care about their clientele. They don't care about the work that they do. They don't care to do what is needed, let alone go an extra mile. How in the HELL would I EVER trust a company like that to perform any sort of service? In my 20+ years being in or around retail, I've never experience such a terrible experience. If you have to have services provided by this company, do yourself a favor. Call wherever issued the service provider and recommend someone else. Otherwise you are going to be dealing with a situation that is going to make you frustrated and angry. It's remarkable that a company like this still exists in the FM area.
