I called to return the mattress. They took advantage of a 70 year old woman - she paid $1400 for a full sized mattress. It's listed online for $650 at another retailer. They said they won't return it but that it must be a defect and would exchange it for the same mattress. I asked if they were going out of business to which Todd replied yes, and I said I didn't want the mattress as I can't be in this same scenario two months from now. I let him know I want a refund and for them to take the mattress back. Most mattress sellers have a guarantee period.He said he would talk to Barry the owner and return my call. That was three days ago, so I called today and he said "oh yeah, Barry said no." No phone call back, no acknowledgement that be never reached out. I asked if I could discuss with Barry and he said Barry would call. I called four hours later and spoke to Barry.
