Having placed an order for a refrigerator we called the store when after several weeks we hadn't been notified. They told us they couldn't fill the order! They are terrible! You will have to be the main source of communication between Home Depot and their Vendor as the HD team has ZERO follow up. You will spend hours on the phone trying to get things scheduled (measure, install, verification) as the in between person (which should all be taken care of for you) and you will spend more $ than they originally tell you it is going to be. Also, don't listen to them when they tell you how long it will be from the time of purchase to the time of install- it has now been TWICE as long as we were told- and still no counter tops. FERGUS FALLS HOME DEPOT IS A JOKE- a very bad joke.

Of the 7, one didn't work at all -- took two weeks to get it replaced. There was a feature I told them very specifically I did NOT want -- it was there. The stove was not what I ordered, but since they had nothing at their store that I wanted, they refused to do anything about it. One item did not have a handle, one item had not been leveled. When my son-in-law tried to level it, he discovered there was a back wheel missing. That was a month ago -- still no back wheel. Unfortunately, it is about the only place to order appliances in this town. Maybe that's why they don't seem to care if their customers are satisfied.
