However, the movers were kind enough to package this stuff up for us to move ourselves. The guys were very professional and courteous. ZERO complaints.

We noticed a few days after our move that one of our TVs has a cracked screen and is unusable now…read more I didn't even try to ask for reimbursement because one of the movers broke my altar table on the moving day (because he took a phone call while holding our bed frame and dropped our bed frame on my table) and when I asked for reimbursement I learned that they only reimburse $0.60 per pound, so it's not worth it. The movers were nice enough, but seemed distracted when moving our things. A few weeks later we noticed our $1,500 bed frame felt wobbly every time we got into bed. I looked under the bed frame to investigate and noticed that the legs were screwed in crookedly and this was putting pressure on them and causing them to bend. We fixed this but also noticed that part of the bed frame was also separated in a way that is unable to be fixed. This mattress and bed frame was a splurge and now is shown to be irreversibly damaged. That brings the total of broken items to: 1 flat screen TV, an altar table, and an expensive bed frame. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS. I would go with another moving company that is more careful or at least better reimburses damages caused; accidents happen but all of these are piling up to be costly to us so it would be worth paying a little more for movers that are careful/will reimburse better.

I really wish I had read the reviews before buying from this company. I am absolutely disgusted…read morewith how they do business. We bought a used car just before Christmas as I am pregnant and our previous paid off vehicle was totaled. My husband (a technician) was very thorough when picking a car. We searched high and low when looking. Passing up so many options because there were small problems. Then he finds a 21 Explorer Platinum in excellent condition. Low miles, looked like it had been babied and in our price range. We tell them we will take it. That's when we get met with a 3500 extended warranty (you cannot opt out of) this covers trans/engine, windshield repair, door dings, paint protection. Etc. We say fine we will pay the extra. Then we get with finance. Mind you we are pre approved. Pretty much cash in hand. The finance guy tells us about their personal extended warranty. It's an additional 50 per month. Which comes out to like $870 a year for 7 years. That's an additional 6k for extended warranty. So in total we are spending almost 10 grand just in WARRANTIES!?!?!? It's now almost 9pm. I'm pregnant and starving and ready to go pick my son up and head home. So fine it's a good warranty sign me up. You promised to take care of me. Cool. My expectations are high. Less than a week later check engine light comes on. We call up. They tell us bring it in we will take care of you off the warranty. Cool this is right after Christmas before new years. I decided to wait so my car isn't sitting up there while they are closed. Take it in after new year. Tell them other issues have arisen (that are covered under the 10 THOUSAND dollar warranty) I tell them I need a rental. I know this is going to take weeks. They say go inside talk to XYZ we will get this covered because this isn't your fault. XYZ gives us the run around. Says nothing they can do we will have to pay for the rental out of pocket. I am fuming!?!? I told the service advisor don't pull my car in yet. We have to take the car seat out. She told me she would not touch it so we could easily switch everything over. After xyz told me they couldn't help us with a rental. I told him please pull my car back around. We will have to come back when we are better prepared. I had my 3 year old with me. He tried to tell me he couldn't do that because they had started to work on it. It's that comment there that has me angry enough to write this review. I already told him I didn't have the time to sit up there. We were told we would be taken care of. So I did not plan to spend hours waiting for my car to be repaired. The business I run to be able to pay for that 600 car payment comes first. If I can get my money back I will be. Or possibly taking this a step further and talking to a lawyer I'm so upset with the service and how they feel it's acceptable to treat a new customer. No thank you. Please do not buy from them. What a headache.

Nissan of Boerne is ran by some of most low down dealers I've come into contact with. I bought a…read morepathfinder from them in November with 30k miles. Last Friday I was outside and heard an air leak from the rear passenger side tire. Found the whole side wall of the tire was shaved down and wires were sticking out of it. I then checked the rest of the tires to see if it was apparent on any other tires and the driver side rear was in nearly the same state just not quite an air leak. I took it to Nissan of San Marcos because I work in San Marcos. They serviced it and told me the rear alignment bolts were left loose. Even better they said they called the "technicians" (if you can call them that) in Boerne to ask if they did an alignment and they admitted they had and clearly the technician had left the alignment bolts loose. A vehicle with 30k miles shouldn't have the tires, much less alignment, messed with. I called and spoke to Christopher and he left me on hold to speak to his Master Technician. Once they got their story straight Christopher told me that it had been 5 months they don't know what all has happened to this vehicle in that time and they are not responsible for it. Why on earth would I mess with or pay anyone to adjust the alignment? In what world do I do that myself and risk my wife and children's lives? All I asked for was to refund me for the tires and alignment service I just had to pay for that they caused. I was happy to provide receipts. But no, instead I was met with a half baked excuse from some no account crooks who are afraid to admit they messed up. Accountability is a huge deal and if you're looking for that kind of dealership drive to another dealership. Trust me it's worth the gas not to have to deal with them
