The overpriced items seemed to be plates, napkins, and cups. Easy fix. Just go to Wal-Mart or a dollar store. What Wal-mart and dollar stores might not have are the center pieces and party banners. I just found out that they let someone rent some equipment in my name…read more the person did not have to show any ID or anything, he just gave them my name and they gave him the equipment. it just so happened that I did the guy a favor and took the equipment back for him before the due date because he was out of commission. they couldn't find his name on record but looked up the equipment number and my name popped up. had I not been a Good Samaritan and taken the equipment back I would've been racking up fees that I didn't know anything about. if you ever want to steal equipment from there just give a random name, don't show any ID and you can have the equipment of your choice.

Instead of working toward a solution, I felt I was treated unprofessionally and was even told they would go to my workplace to complain about me, which felt inappropriate and intimidating. Customer service matters just as much as the equipment, and unfortunately this experience did not meet basic expectations. I hope the company improves how they handle customer concerns and resolves refund issues in a more respectful and professional manner in the future.
