What a pleasant surprise to find such amazing Filipino food right here in Williston, North Dakota of all places. This food here is absolutely incredible. I've been living in California for many years and have traveled to The Philippines many times. Needless to say, I have many friends and family from The Philippines. This level of quality is usually found at family functions such as graduations, weddings, birthdays and other functions that bring people together. It's rare to find this attention to detail at a casual Filipino restaurant. After completing a project yesterday, I was planning on going to KFC but they aren't allowing dine in service and since I don't do carryout, I wanted find another place that offered fried chicken and comfortably enjoy my dinner at the restaurant. I rarely try new places on an empty stomach but I took a gamble and came here to Karinderya I found on Google maps. I found it hilarious that they have a dish on the menu named KFC which stands for Korean Fried Chicken. The smell from the chicken was mouthwatering and I decided to try their chicken adobo and topsilog instead of fried chicken (I'll eat that next time). The topisilog is my litmus test to good Filipino food because it's my favorite Filipino dish. The food came and OH MY GOD! ! ! ! It far exceeded any Filipino restaurant I've ate at here in the US & Canada! The seasoning is perfection! The meat effortlessly comes off the bone and taste amazing. I can't come up with enough words to describe how amazing their food is. Even though I was getting full, I still wanted to try more dishes. Although I shouldn't have, I did it anyway an ordered more food. I ordered the sisig with steamed rice. Another dish that exceeded my expectation! Just amazing! I ended up having to have the rest of the sisig packed to go as I couldn't finish it. My belly was bursting at the seams! I'm eating the leftovers now as I write this review for breakfast and taste even better as a day old leftover! It's yummy, yummy, yummy! The owners were there too and they're a friendly, young couple new to town. I hope their business is successful and raise the bar for good Pan-Asian food here in the Bakken oilfield. Karinderya is now on my rotation of favorite restaurants when working on projects here in the Bakken. read more

Delicious food! I had never had Filipino food and I took a chance. I was completely lost and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had 2 staff members try and help me narrow down the selection and it turned out great. The restaurant is small and cute, very cozy along with welcoming. Once again, the food was great. I ordered the sigsig and it was burnt at the bottom and it really killed the flavor n couldn't eat the rest of my food. The prices are a bit too expensive in my opinion for how little I got. I've never had sigsig on a hot plate would recommend they just put the finished sigsig on a regular plate when done cooking to avoid any burnt food. read more

Service was less than fluid. Had to ask for our water to drink. Server never asked what we would like to drink. Owner's children running around dining room making lots of noise horseplaying. read more
