At first, I thought this was another store claiming to be thrift that was really just overstock…read morejunk and new furniture...but then I kept walking back and jackpot! The whole right hand side and back of the store is nothing but old crap to dig through. Although I don't usually dig for vintage duds, I had a little extra time at the end of my day so I browsed through a few racks of dresses. They had a decent selection of vintage dresses that weren't in terrible shape. I didn't end up with any dresses, but I did pick up an antique hand sewn quilt topper (my mom collects quilts) for only $6.99 and a 1920's journal with all kinds of neat drawings for $3.99. They had a good selection of furniture (new and old) and books. They accept cards with a $10 minimum, but it shouldn't be too hard to spend $10.00 here. I'll look forward to checking this one out again.

First time here today, I found one cute nike toddler shoe in great condition…read more One shoe was out and you have to go to the counter to ask for the other shoe. They write numbers on the shoe to find the pair. The lady at the cash register called someone in the intercom, a woman came out and rudely said "okay but it's going to take a long time to find". Why try to persuade a paying customer NOT to purchase an item???? Well, I waited and purchased the shoes. When I came home I tried to remove the writing that they put on the shoes with acetone. And It does not come off. At all. There's gotta be a better way of marking the shoes. It's completely visible when worn :( Super disappointed, definitely would not have purchased if I knew it wouldn't have come off. Why use permanent marker on shoes? I just don't get it. Unrelated, but there's also a $10 card minimum.
