Unfortunately, she's also rude and came across as unprofessional throughout my appointment. While I was there, another client was discussing pricing with her (which had nothing to do with me), and she walked RIGHT next to me and said, "I really don't know why you guys don't check prices," referring to clients in general. It immediately made the vibe feel uncomfortable. I was originally with Chantel, who was great, and Yari stepped in to help. She did a great job on my brows, but when she found out it was my first brow lamination, the first thing she asked me (very rudely) was, "And you're aware of the price, right?" I had never discussed pricing with her, had every intention of paying (and tipping), and there was no reason to assume otherwise. She also looked at my eyebrows and asked, "Why are your eyebrows so different?" They've always been naturally different, and the way she asked it came across as unnecessary and embarrassing rather than helpful. The quality of the work was good, but customer service matters too. A little more tact and professionalism would go a long way, especially coming from the owner. Unfortunately, because of that experience, I wouldn't return.
