My wife was very clear about what she wanted for her flower crown, and thankfully we decided to go in for a test run because it was not what she had asked for at all. They had to completely redo it. When it came time for the wedding, she clarified once again what she wanted, and luckily she did, because they were about to make it wrong again. In the end, they did get it right, but it took a lot of us staying on top of them to make sure it happened. I also gave them specific instructions for my boutonnieres. I requested that they include feathers from certain birds that I hunt, and I personally supplied the feathers. Even after showing them in person exactly what I wanted, they still did them incorrectly. On top of that, I asked if there were any leftover feathers to please save them so I could pick them up afterward. They never let us know if there were extras, and I believe they were simply thrown away. The bouquets and corsages were fine, but overall we were disappointed with the customer service and the lack of attention to the specific instructions we gave. For something as important and personal as wedding flowers, we expected better communication and better listening. Unfortunately, I would not recommend bringing my business here.

I was seriously blown away. Because of that experience, he ordered from here again for Valentine's Day, requesting another all-white arrangement at the same price point. Unfortunately, the difference in quality and design was extremely disappointing. I completely understand the demand around Valentine's Day but the arrangement I received felt rushed, poorly composed, and nowhere near the level of craftsmanship of the one from our anniversary. Knowing how beautiful their work can be made this especially frustrating. The inconsistency between the two arrangements was surprising. I'm sharing this honestly because the anniversary flowers set such a high standard and I wish the Valentine's Day arrangement had reflected that same care.

If you need something I'm sure they will have it here. Plants, seeds, fertilizers, soil and little things like pots are available year round. The west side of the building is pretty much dedicated to house plants. Small to large, there is almost always a plant that you are looking for available. I've even bought plants in the middle of winter! During the spring you can grab almost any plant for your garden. They have so many varieties of tomatoes and peppers in multi packs you could buy your garden on one trip. You can buy bare roots for planting as well as seeds if you want to start from ground zero (pun intended.) Check their website to see what the monthly specials are. You can get great discounts at the end of the season on plants as well. Parking is abundant and this place covers a large area. Bigger items like trees and shrubs are outside the actual greenhouse so if you are going to buy items that are larger, you should park around the side by the east gate. It's separated by plant type outside so you can easily navigate to find what you need. Even if you aren't looking to buy something quite yet, just take a walk around the place and see what they have to offer. The staff is so nice and if you have a question (no matter how difficult) there is someone there to help you out. Brad is the man when it comes to plants. He knows the little tricks and tips to growing what you need. They also feature classes to help you become a better gardener and plant person! Bottom line is, come here! It's very likely they will have anything you need related to your plant needs.
