Lovely staff very helpful and I had asked for my hair to my black and blue split hair but my hair was still very damaged from extremes hair salon so they put a treatment on which helped a lot rather than just bleaching it and not knowing the end result, very happy with their service I recommend you ask for Emily I've had her twice and she's very lovely, not saying the others aren't but that's just who I've had before

I have dreadfully sensitive skin and over the years the thread veins around my nose, cheeks & chin…read morearea have built up leaving the appearance of rosacea, and the need to wear more make up to cover it up causing other skin issues and making me look older. After a detailed consultation Suzanne duly treated the small areas of the worst patches and the very next day, for the first time in years, I went out the door without make up on. I have had two further treatments and have a further two treatments booked. Taking into account exactly how sensitive my skin is, the decision that the therapist took to treat smaller areas over longer periods of time was the best advice ever and each time I see such a massive improvement and I am so grateful for the treatment

Went for the manicure and my manicurist was an absolute doll, the sweetest lady. However, my french…read moremani cost £19 and chipped off by the end of the day.. and by the end of the day, I mean I had an appointment at 6pm and my nails were chipped by 12am. I believe that because the polish was an older and therefore thicker, it caused there to be too much polish on my nails. There was a definite huge rise on the tip of my nail as a result of this, and I am not new at manicures. If i am paying £19 for a basic manicure (that didn't even remove most of my cuticle), then I expect it to last at least a few days. Overall: Manicures are a no-no. Hair is so-so. If you are desperate, then go-go.

I had my hair coloured with foils at Gt Colman street with Sam. My first time having a colour at…read morethe hairdressers after many years colouring myself. I cannot begin to explain how bad this experience has been. Firstly the colour..supposed to be a few blonde foils/balayage. Ended up with a whole head of foils which turned my hair orange. I had also asked for my grey roots to be coloured to match my base colour of dark brown but as being as my base colour had been completely bleached, I was left with dark brown roots with orange hair! The foil placement at the roots was also very patchy with harsh line between colours at the front..so no hiding it! This isn't even the worst of it.... After 2 days, I noticed significant breakage to the point where my top layers have lost at least 8 inches, left looking very tatty with so much volume loss. The rest of my hair is now very dry even after purchasing and using K18, Elastisizer, KMS moist repair conditioner and Olaplex. At the time, other hairdressers at the salon did attempt to correct the colour but unless they can turn back time, the broken hair can't be put back and obviously due to damage more bleach or colour isn't a good option. This was 3 months ago and still the top layers snap if I'm not careful. To make this all worse, the colour was a treat to myself after suffering a facial injury that has caused scarring to my cheek. I needed the boost of confidence I felt a fresh colour would give. I'll also add that I'd been having my hair cut for 20 yrs at this salon and felt it was a good salon. I'm leaving this review solely to warn others that Sam ruined my hair so probably best to avoid. I wish I'd been warned!
