This was my second time experiencing the same issue. The first time, I had a consultation for hair…read morecolouring with Giovanni. He explained everything clearly and told me the price would be £95 for a wash, colour, and blow dry. Unfortunately, on the day of my appointment, Giovanni wasn't there and another staff member did the service. At the end, she asked me to pay £140. When I questioned the difference, she gave me vague excuses. I didn't want to argue, so I just paid and left. This time, I booked a bond repair treatment over the phone, which was supposed to be £15. I made it very clear that I only wanted the treatment, not any styling. She still tried to sell me a blow dry, but I declined and confirmed I only needed the £15 treatment. Again, the same staff member handled it, and at the end she charged me £45, saying that a "normal dry" costs the same as a blow dry. The "normal dry" was just sitting under a hooded dryer, with no extra products used (as I had specifically requested). It's not about the money--it's about transparency. Prices should be explained before doing the service. The way this has happened twice now makes me feel like I'm being scammed.

My daughter was happy with the style they did, how ever there were a few wispy bits here and there which is why I've given them a 4star and not 5 stars. My daughter said she would be happy to go back and that the wispy bits was a very minor issue.

I entered the shop to find one woman (who I later found out was the new manager!) screaming at the till Computer says no. She was trying to charge the customer who's hair she had just done but couldn't figure out how to do it, she walked out of the shop (I still had not even been acknowledged) shouting for her assistant (who was on a lunch break). 5 minutes later the other member of staff came in and helped her whilst rolling her eye's (nice touch). Whilst the assistant was doing my hair the manager constantly interrupted her asking inane questions. How do I change the head on this clipper Why won't it fit I at this point said you need to push it, even I knew that. I was having a wash cut and blow dry, and during the time I was there the manager cut 4 men's hair and every time needed my hairdresser to stop what she was doing and help with the computer. This meant my hairdresser got confused after using a blade to shape my face on a centre parting when I had asked for a side, I was trying to tell her but she was helping the manager. Then when she had realised what she had done she just moved my hair to the side parting and re cut the shape to face. meaning I had short sticky up bits all over the place. I just couldn't believe it, also whilst my hair was being blow dried a big sign fell off the wall onto me instead of the staff apologising they just laughed I was not impressed. So please take my advice and do not go to this hairdressers unless you have no other choice! Also during the time I was there no drinks, mags or anything were offered, How tight!!!
