I cannot begin to explain how bad this experience has been. Firstly the colour..supposed to be a few blonde foils/balayage. Ended up with a whole head of foils which turned my hair orange. I had also asked for my grey roots to be coloured to match my base colour of dark brown but as being as my base colour had been completely bleached, I was left with dark brown roots with orange hair! The foil placement at the roots was also very patchy with harsh line between colours at the front..so no hiding it! This isn't even the worst of it.... After 2 days, I noticed significant breakage to the point where my top layers have lost at least 8 inches, left looking very tatty with so much volume loss. The rest of my hair is now very dry even after purchasing and using K18, Elastisizer, KMS moist repair conditioner and Olaplex. At the time, other hairdressers at the salon did attempt to correct the colour but unless they can turn back time, the broken hair can't be put back and obviously due to damage more bleach or colour isn't a good option. This was 3 months ago and still the top layers snap if I'm not careful. To make this all worse, the colour was a treat to myself after suffering a facial injury that has caused scarring to my cheek. I needed the boost of confidence I felt a fresh colour would give. I'll also add that I'd been having my hair cut for 20 yrs at this salon and felt it was a good salon. I'm leaving this review solely to warn others that Sam ruined my hair so probably best to avoid. I wish I'd been warned!

He explained everything clearly and told me the price would be £95 for a wash, colour, and blow dry. Unfortunately, on the day of my appointment, Giovanni wasn't there and another staff member did the service. At the end, she asked me to pay £140. When I questioned the difference, she gave me vague excuses. I didn't want to argue, so I just paid and left. This time, I booked a bond repair treatment over the phone, which was supposed to be £15. I made it very clear that I only wanted the treatment, not any styling. She still tried to sell me a blow dry, but I declined and confirmed I only needed the £15 treatment. Again, the same staff member handled it, and at the end she charged me £45, saying that a "normal dry" costs the same as a blow dry. The "normal dry" was just sitting under a hooded dryer, with no extra products used (as I had specifically requested). It's not about the money--it's about transparency. Prices should be explained before doing the service. The way this has happened twice now makes me feel like I'm being scammed.
