We can honestly say ALL the Staff are polite, helpful and are certainly not stuck up and treat everyone equally. My wife ran her own hairdressing business for over 20+ years and so extremely difficult to please when it comes to having her hair cut Dave @ Alcatraz came highly recommended by friend of a friend & she says that she will not let anyone else near her hair now Dave's bookings diary is well booked in advance so he can't be that expensive or stuck up LOL. Furthermore Angela is an extremely competent young lady who multi tasks upstairs from manicures to massages. EXCELLENT ESTABLISHMENT
