In the garage, it cost money but it's pretty reasonable. Less than $3 if it's under 2 hrs. I was there for a mammogram, so when you enter the facility, no need to check in at the main door, just follow the sign to Mammogram and check in with the front desk there. Once inside, the tech, Terry walked me to the locker room, gave me a hospital cape, and told me to take off my shirt and bra (if I take off my pants, she's going home. Haha) and put my personal belongings in the locker then head to the waiting room. After that, she walked me to the room and showed me the positions to take the scan. Terry was really nice, friendly and pleasant. The experience was not as bad as I thought. The level of care was superb. I was expecting the worst since I read another Yelpers experience before coming. Almost had me cancelled the appointment but I'm glad I didn't. Terry explained the process and what to expect so I was pretty grateful for a good first time experience.

I just want to be seen and have a doctor that cares about their patients and not just ticking off the box. Every time I have had a virtual appointment my care team has been 20 + minutes late. Since this has been a trend, the care team may as well schedule the appt for when they are going to actually come on, instead of wasting the time that their patients have to take off of work and pay.

From my first appointment with Dr. Shaikh, I knew that I had made the right choice. I actually have never had a primary care doctor take that much time to have a conversation about my health on an individual level. I really liked the doctor I had before I came here, but it was a totally different approach and she retired. I'm very glad to have gotten a doctor at SMA. When I needed some help right away, I sent a message and heard back within less than hour and easily got a prescription filled right away. So far, I am very happy I made the choice. Well worth the small premium you pay for access to a higher level of care.

Having just moved back to Seattle, I was lucky to find a good doc on the first try. She is incredibly professional and very empathetic. She was recommended by a pickier friend of mine who raved about her as well. The parking garage entrance is a bit tricky to find, but there is never a problem finding parking. I went to see Dr Bridges whose first words were " I have a plenty of time". She listened to my lengthy explanation then she diagnosed me as radiation pneumonitis. Showing me the results of my CT scan, she explained with carefully chosen words so that I clearly understood. She was knowledgeable, encouraging, kind, personable, and I was pleasantly surprised to know a doctor like her still exists. She reads my messages and responds to me with personal caring notes, while there are fewer doctors nowadays who read and respond to their patients' messages. I was very impressed with Dr. Bridges.
