The staff were so attentive to myself and my groom; making sure we had a drink before we walked down the aisle, making sure they knew our drink preferences for the night, and several times seeking us out wherever we were with a readymade drink (mixed and just water) to make sure we were lubricated and hydrated. They also made us 6-8 covered plates of a sampling of all the catered foods and set it at our table for when we finally got to sit down AND they brought us and the wedding party hors d'oeuvres immediately after the ceremony while we were getting ready for photos. I had purchased one of those 7lb cans of luxardo cherries to go with cocktails for the night and of course got cherry juice on my fluffy white dress and one of the bartenders deftly and quickly saved my dress with some club soda too! Everything was beautiful and tasty and there were several compliments on the food. We already loved Joe's Deli and Buffalo Catering is even lovelier. Highly recommend you let them cater your wedding and suggest you ignore the review on here by a wedding attendee about running out of food. Running out of food is a planning mistake and not the fault of the caterer if they didn't know about the correct numbers or the family didn't take their advice and instead bought less that was suggested! Our food amounts were seemingly perfect as far as I can tell (as advised by the caterer based on our attendee numbers) and we did a grazing menu: a great variety of delicious slider sandwiches, a bruschetta bar, two orders of charcuterie, two orders of cheeses, vegetable and fruit plates, and four types of hors d'oeuvres with enough for each person to have at least 2 of each. Open bar package with beer, wine and cocktails as well. Again, can't say enough, they did a stupendous job and I felt so cared for and taken care of. PS: I don't have any photos of the sandwiches yet but I'm sure they exist. They were DELICIOUS!

I had Drop Off catering done for a buffet style lunch. All equipment was provided for a fee, and included were sturdy disposable plates, cutlery, and napkins. The food was delicious, especially the pulled pork, and presented very nicely. We received many compliments from our guests, and my parents were thrilled. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a local caterer, and would use them again in the future for such an event. Thank you!

Preliminary review -…read more Ive been "watching this space" since Firefly closed a while back. Hopeful it would be another cupcake place, but not at all sure what was coming. The sign "Everyday Gourmet" has been up for a while, but it was not open yet. Then I drove by the other day and saw it was open. Stopped in today first chance I had, to check it out. Cute cute cute space. They have it displayed nicely. A few tables in the front as well. They had perhaps 10 cupcakes ($2.85 each) on display today, and some other shortbread and related treats. I talked for a few minutes to the owner (I believe), who said they have their original location in Niagara Falls. They do a lot of catering I understand. Always good to know. While they have a rotation of perhaps 40 cupcakes, we tried the white cake with chocolate chips and buttercream frosting (forgot the name) and the peanut butter banana one. Both were well received. These cupcakes are not huge. They are a good size and have a reasonable amount of frosting. Personally I liked they way they flowed together. A sample of the shortbread left me wanting more. I'll be back soon for some other treats. Located just down from Ashkers, parking is street, traffic flow easy. Ill update after more visits. But I want everyone to know this place is open and to stop by and give them a try.

After having a foot long hot dog and cheese-fries at Sullivan's, and sitting on the deck we adventured across the street to this new establishment that opened at the end of July 2013. We were greeted by rows and rows of custom cupcakes. I was in heaven but unfortunately I let my wife choose for us. :) She made an excellent choice though, the Pina Colada Cupcake. It was so good and fresh and good. Now I wish I had gotten my own all to myself. I also noticed delicious looking brownies and other sweet delicacies. There is also a wide range of hot and cold drinks. The owner was there to serve and was very friendly and helpful. After speaking to her we learned that Everyday Gourmet is also a full service catering business available for both private and corporate catering and has been in operation for many years. The business card she gave us stated that their service includes custom menu planning, delivery, set-up, and break-down for your event. We will be back!

We had our wedding at Events at Pearl Street in The Webb, and truly could not have been happier…read morewith our experience. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous -- the exposed brick, huge arched doorways, original wood, warm lighting, and historic character were the perfect backdrop for the romantic, vintage-inspired wedding we envisioned. I had a pretty specific decorating vision, and it wasn't necessarily a traditional one. We used tons of ferns and greenery, brass candlesticks and candelabras, candles, vintage gold details, family photographs, and bowls of fruit as our centerpieces rather than traditional floral arrangements. I gave the team fairly detailed instructions for how I wanted everything arranged, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. They didn't just put our decorations out -- everything felt thoughtfully styled. The little finishing touches they added made the entire space feel cohesive and intentional. We had several meetings leading up to the wedding to work through the décor and all of the smaller details, and I really appreciated how willing they were to help us create something that felt personal to us. The finished room didn't feel remotely like a cookie-cutter wedding. Even a friend of ours who works professionally in events was incredibly impressed with the aesthetic and how beautifully everything was executed. The food was AMAZING and was one of the things we heard about most from our guests afterward. Everyone raved about it. The dessert bar was fantastic, and I cannot recommend the late-night snack station enough. We did pizza, wings, and pretzels, and it was a huge hit. The drinks were great as well. I also really want to mention how well they accommodated dietary restrictions. My brother has celiac disease -- he isn't simply gluten-free by preference, and avoiding cross-contact is extremely important for him. The team was able to provide gluten-free food for him while taking his celiac disease seriously, and he was able to eat at our wedding without having any symptoms afterward. Anyone with celiac disease knows how stressful eating at a large catered event can be, so having him be able to safely enjoy dinner with everyone else meant a lot to us. Another huge bonus is the location for photography. There are so many completely different backdrops right outside the venue -- historic architecture, downtown streets and cityscapes, beautiful buildings, and green spaces. We were able to get everything from elegant architectural portraits to downtown photos to pictures surrounded by greenery without having to travel elsewhere. Most importantly, the Pearl Street team gave us the flexibility to make the wedding genuinely feel like ours. We had a somewhat unconventional aesthetic and a lot of little details that mattered to us, and they took our ideas seriously and executed them beautifully. Walking into the finished space and seeing everything together exceeded what I had pictured in my head. The venue was beautiful, the food was fantastic, and our guests had an amazing time. We would absolutely recommend Events at Pearl Street and The Webb to anyone looking for a Buffalo wedding venue with character, great food, and a team that can help bring a unique vision to life.

He was amazing. He handled my emails and requests quickly and with ease, even though I felt like I was bothering him. I saw the space beforehand, but never seen an event at the Stone cellar and I have to say I was blown away with my event. I was looking for the most reasonably priced option to hold a ceremony and brunch, and I got this place for a steal. Brides looking to book a wedding on a budget and that are willing to do the non-traditional thing, I highly recommend the space and doing a brunch. My guest raved about the food and I could go on forever with every detail of amazing customer service and exceptional execution of my vision. I held my entire event here for less than $2000 for 50 people that included the ceremony fee, the $50 bartender fee, the food and unlimited sodas, coffee and tea. I know prices increased since I booked but it's still an affordable option. The stone cellar was perfect and such a beautiful and intimate space for a small group of 50. Please consider this if you're looking for a smaller more affordable option. They now offer micro packages that are incredibly cheap and beautiful. The only thing I will mention is parking behind Pearl is not actually free but the venue accommodated us beyond expectation.
