Staff was friendly, however the receptionist was a bit cold and could learn to smile more. The young woman who cut my hair was very friendly, did a good trim, didn't take off more than I asked. Only irk was that she used those thinning shears to thin out the bottom of my hair instead of fanning out the bottom and doing it with scissors like more experienced hairstylists would. My sister and I have gotten our hair done here for all our big occasions: first communions, confirmations, and proms, and we've always loved the outcome.
