I know they weren't popular until recently but come on now! I'm glad I could find a place which sells some variety. The customer service is average to poor. Nobody offered to help me, I just kind of wandered around until I found what I was looking for. The guy told me when I was checking out how he hates how customers always return their items after their team loses. I could not believe he said that to me! He didn't say it directly to me but he told me how he does tell some customers to not return their items if the team loses. If I was the owner of this business I would be highly upset at the foolishness that was coming out of his mouth! The customer service representative, Emely, was very rude and had a noticeably condescending tone throughout the interaction. I understand that customer service can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. The way I was spoken to made what should have been a simple purchase feel uncomfortable and completely took away from my experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional customer service training. A little professionalism and kindness would go a long way.
