As well as, Anne has a deep passion and dedication to each of her clients to ensure they leave her salon in absolute "AWE" of how wonderful of a job Anne does...I have cried many times leaving her salon because my hair turned out perfectly GORGEOUS every time!! Anne's the real-deal,100% cream of the crop in this industry, no one can compare and that's the fact! I've been to other places prior to Anne and the stylists had absolutely no clue on how to work with my hair type. Until I met Anne, from my first appointment, my hair was beautifully styled/cut, and beautifully colored that I didn't hesitate at all to schedule my next appointment right then and there. So I absolutely disagree with Elizabeth G. ratings and remark about Anne and The Birdbath Salon. I was there that same week and there were a few building issues that were TOTALLY out of Anne's control. So it would be an insult to Anne, the passion she has for this industry, and her outstanding customer service she provides to all her clients to rate her anything less than FIVE-STARS! I have been a client of Anne's for close to 10-years now and she has always been professional, goes out of her way to ensure all clients are taken care of with her outstanding customer service and passion for this industry. She has taken my last minute-on the fly appointment requests on a Friday night in order to get my hair shampooed, trimmed and styled Saturday morning so I look great for that Saturday evening event! Not to mention, I've had many stylists try to turn my blonde yellow. Anne listened and was very calming. She quietly went about coloring my hair. When she was done she blew it out and I almost cried. IT WAS GORGEOUS!! 100% top notch. I was too chicken to get it cut the first time. But after the beautiful color she did on the 2nd time I went in I didn't hesitate at all. I had patchy neon red/pink/orange hair. The fade was hideous and I basically had neon puke colored hair. I looked like a faded Ronald McDonald. I reached out to Victoria for a color correction and she got me in 2 days later. It was a miracle, she's normally booked up because she's that good. However, I told her I needed this fixed before a special event in a couple days so she squeezed me in and stayed late into the night fixing my hair. My before and after pictures are below (the darker prettier one being after - obviously). The results speak for themselves. I can't believe what she was able to do for me. She didn't just salvage it, I left a fricking goddess. She also threw in an eyebrow tint for free! I also asked for a cut last minute and she happily did that. I paid less than half what I did at the other salon for cut and color. What also struck me was the amount of knowledge and experience she has. I had a lot of questions about my oily scalp and why my hair doesn't hold a curl and she took the time to educate me and recommended products. She didn't push me to buy anything, we simply just picked things together from Amazon (though she does have products in store at reasonable prices). The atmosphere was amazing. Sarah her assistant is a fabulous barber in her own right. She does an amazing shampoo and head scratch. It was like talking and laughing with two fun girlfriends I've know for a decade.
