She hid my last review usually do not make posts about these kind of things but this is by far the worst service I've received. I contacted this stylist to see if she was open for a hair cut. She got back to me and was gonna squeeze me in between another clients hair processing. I didn't straighten my hair due to the fact I've never had a issue coming into a haircut without it being straight because I have loose curls. She stated that she thought my hair would be straightened before coming and I let her know I didn't know and asked if I should have came in with it straight. She said it wasn't an issue and she could cut it curl by curl. I let her know I only wanted a trim and my hair to be framed to my face in the front. I sat in the chair and noticed she never used a brush or comb , she was just snippin. After my cut I had to go pick up my son from school and didn't really check my hair out after the cut. When I got home I noticed so many loose strands and it was completely uneven. I tried to wash it thinking my curls weren't falling correctly but still was very uneven. I decided to text her and let her know I wasn't too happy with the cut, didn't ask for a refund or disrespect her in my approach. She assisnated my character thru the conversation with bring up finance status which i never discussed with her just was talking about the car accidents me and my husband experienced this year on top of having a new born at home. She tries to bring up if I was able to comprehend what she was saying but never did she once say that I should book a curly hair appt. At the time of the appt she only mention that she provided that service for curly hair but still proceeds with the haircut and that's it. Then she flat out insults my hair saying it's trash. As a small business owner myself, this service was trash. I refuse to support people who belittle and insult because they can't take any kind of criticism. She also proceeds the next day to post videos on her IG story about me. Either way if it's curly or straight, the hair should be even, but can't tell her shit because apparently she's a "curl specialist " but can't cut curly hair. She is really unprofessional & is NOT postpartum sensitive. Never in my life have I cried over my hair so bad. She tries to make it seem like I was being cheap by paying $65 for a hair trim instead of doing the cut, wash & style for $125but honestly I don't have the time to sit in the chair for that long with having a newborn .
