They did a good job trying to minimize the damage as much as possible. The damage that was made was promptly fixed. This is the third time we've had them come to the home. I'm writing a review for this particular service call since it was larger than the last service call (thermostat installs). BQ - if you see this - be prepared, I will call you for lighting updates on the outside of the house this time :)

The boss himself was unprofessional in how he handled communication, and instead of providing clear answers, I was met with excuses, delays, and attitude. And when they do finally contact you, they do not provide answers anyone would be looking for. We have been waiting for weeks to get a simple site visit for a home charging station installation. Apparently only one person in their company can perform this service. So they told us it would not happen for two weeks since he had "a conference" to go to. We were then rescheduled for an appointment yesterday. And in the lead-up, we received endless texts asking us to confirm this date and time. But alas, the day before this new appointment date, we were asked to reschedule yet again. But it was only for one day later so we bit our tongue. Now this morning we received yet another message using the same excuse they initially trotted out. That the owner was stuck traveling back from a conference and that we would need to look at times next week. So if you are looking for a company that plays games and gives you the run around?
