Dr. Victoria Liu was extremely professional and consulted a local pharmacy on my behalf as CVS could not approve my prescription using my company's insurance during weekends. However, the local pharmacy (Roseview Pharmacy) that works with Excelsior Integrated Medical Group came to the rescue and was able to deliver it the same day that evening. I am highly satisfied with Excelsior Integrated Medical Group's service and care, and will support them as my primary care going forward. Their office experience was also quite nice as it looks new. 10/10 recommend.

When I walked in (on time), the receptionist was extremely distracted with her fast food and magazine. The waiting room was packed. I was handed the intake forms and told to go fill them out and bring them back with my insurance ID. At least seven other patients were waiting when I arrived. I turned in my forms and ID, after waiting twenty seconds for the receptionist to lift her head out of her magazine, sucking the ketchsup off her fingers, to take the clipboard and tell me to have a seat. Another ten minutes passed, one patient got called in and three others had arrived. I asked how long the wait was. Another woman responded "at least an hour." "I can't wait an hour, is it always this bad?" "It's ALWAYS this long." "That's unacceptable, the meters outside are only an hour." Waste of my time, I'm a full-time single father, I have limited time as it is, and this is no way to run a business.

Any woman who is going through menopause knows it's hell clearly this Dr. does not care about her patients , why take new patients if you have no time? Stay clear of her she is unsympathetic and to busy for her patients.

Their answering machines are consistently running the off hours recording during business hours. Last Thursday I got the recording when I tried calling at 2:30, 3:00 and 5:30 (office hours on Thursday are 1-7 pm). I called again today but the receptionist stated both doctors were not in the office and would not back until Wednesday and directed me to call back Wednesday for an appointment. When I asked to make an appointment today for Wednesday, she then said they didn't have any appointments available until September and to just go to an urgent care. I had my first ever colonoscopy today and absolutely nothing was explained to me about the procedure what would be happening or what to expect. The nurse anesthesiologist was adamant about putting the iv in my left hand after I repetitively told her NO and that I prefer my left arm. I explained I do not do well with that area, she continued to go on and on "let me try" I again told her NO I don't want to be stuck over and over again. Without my permission she proceeded to put the iv in my left hand and said " see that wasn't bad". Then enter Chen whose only word was good morning, and then I was out cold. I woke up in recovery in a bed and was told to move into a chair, no help from staff while I literally just opened my eyes and was still out of it. My clothes were given to me and told me to get dressed and the "dr" would come see me. She came by handed me a pile of papers and walked away. No explanation of anything or any answers to my initial problems of why I needed this procedure. This was the worst most unprofessional experience of my life. Not to mention my appt was 1130 and I was called and asked to come at 8. I sat in the waiting area until 850. Why are you making me come early to sit in the waiting area. The only positive thing about this place was the nice make receptionist. Other than that this place is a nightmare
