I finally got an appointment but on the day, Dr. Lam was unable to be in the office so my appointment was canceled. I called back and got another appointment and I'm glad I persevered. Once I was there, I met the most gracious office personnel. The technologists were extremely kind and thorough. Nobody rushed me through anything. Everyone cared about how I was feeling at the time. I have a number of tests that I must do annually so my appointments usually take a long time - - this was a pleasure. When Dr Lam came in, he explained everything to me and answered absolutely all of my questions. One week later I had to go back for a procedure that sounded a bit scary. Again, Dr Lam answered all of my questions - - the procedure was NO BIG DEAL -- I say that in caps because I do NOT like people touching my eyes!
