Great bedside manner, takes his time, and genuinely cares about getting it right. Off-the-charts excellent. Then there's Stacy, who is patient, personable, and makes sure every detail is handled correctly. You never feel rushed, and you always feel taken care of. Marie at the front desk? Efficient, friendly, and always wearing a smile. If customer service were a sport, she'd have a championship ring by now. And Sophia is an up and coming star! On the glasses side of the world, Mitch and Ira have been constants for as long as I've been coming here. Mitch, especially, has a gift for steering me toward frames that actually fit my face and my personality. That alone is worth its weight in gold (or at least in anti-reflective coating). I've been coming here for years and fully plan on coming here for many more. The doctor is outstanding. The staff is spectacular. The service is next level. Guys let me tell you - I went to 5 different places before I was lucky enough to pop in , one was a total rip off, they wanted over $972 for frames and lenses (fyi the frames were less than 200 bucks), their service was horrible, one they were nice but had a poor selection of frames, another was too shady for me, it was like the candy guy in a windowless van, I got out of there right away, the other felt like being in a DMV - and finally Dr. Daverman - so nice, so professional, I forgot all my frustrations at the door, I felt like I was their one and only customer, they cared - they didn't try and rip you off, if you need to get your eye examined and get new frames and lenses, this is seriously the place to go. Don't take my word for it, go around and try your luck and then end up here and you can thank me later.

I googled an eye doctor that could not get me in for two weeks. After a week of waiting I went back to google and found this group. Well, this definitely happened for a reason. First of all when I called and spoke to the really nice lady who answers the phone she squeezed me in for an appointment for the very next day. From the minute I walked into the office, my experience was AMAZING! The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. The office its self is so nice and very clean. The tech who tested my eyes before I saw the Doctor was Marius. He explained everything to me every step of the way. He was extremely thorough, professional and just so nice! Dr Gaillitis was just as amazing! At the end of my exam, the nurse walked me up front and explained my medicine instructions to me! I can't say enough great things about the practice!

When I got there the receptionist greeted me pleasantly and gave me paperwork for my daughter to fill out. We sat patiently waiting for them to call my daughters name. They had magazines for us to read while we waited. We waited for about 20min before they called us in the back and started testing. Marius was the gentleman that performed the tests. He explained everything he was doing and why he needed to do it. Marius was very detail oriented and patient. He spoke in terminology that was easy for my 19yr old to understand. He was friendly, kept her calm during the testing, and reassured her with positive affirmations. Marius was absolutely amazing. Dr. Gailitis was also very friendly, and reassuring. He spoke softly and calmly to keep her from being nervous about the different testing. He explained the results thoroughly. Overall, I will definitely be back. The office has great customer service!
