I went to see Dr. Jackie Schwartz for the first time a couple of months ago. She was very thorough, down to earth, and helpful. I returned with my son who is severely autistic and she was incredibly patient and kind with him. The office staff is friendly as well. I returned for a follow up appointment because I have very dry eyes and she gave me a lot of information and ideas to help. Highly recommend. read more

Was recommended by my daughter to go here for my next eye exam and zi see why she can't stop raving about this place. great service, nice selection of glasses and they helped with my dry eye issue. Will come back next year. read more

Very poor customer service by front office staff. In 2023 December I ordered my glasses there. I didn't receive a call when it was ready. When I picked up the glasses there was a dent on the frame and they said they will reorder another frame for me. I have been going back and forth to the office to get the replacement. Every time they will say we have to look for it and will give you a call. No calls received so far... No apologies whatsoever. Terrible customer service. read more

This new team provides horrible care horrible service. Dr Silverman retired two years ago. This team knows nothing about customer service nothing about how and when and what to say to a patient. They actually deliver no stars read more

I'm in the market for a new pair of glasses. I heard this place had a decent selection of frames and they are in network with my vision insurance so I decided to stop by recently to check it out. The store is located within a medium sized plaza with ample parking. The store was not bright but was clean, well organized and stocked. The staff is polite and friendly. They do have an eye doctor on site but I already have a script from my doctor. They do have a decent selection of frames, some designer frames too. However the pricing was either on the low end or the high end and nothing mid range. The higher end designer frames I thought were over priced compared to other locations. I didn't find any frames here I liked so the search continues. read more

Been a customer here for several years... So far behind... Text you for an appointment that you need... But can't get you in for seven weeks later... Then they give you contacts to get you through until your next appointment but at that point will not for fill because they do not have any samples remaining... They try to get you to buy a full box of 90 days and will not price match while you're waiting for your prescription that might've changed... Makes no sense... Will never go back as well as my wife. read more

this is a horrible business, took my son there on august 12 just before school reopens, he choose a nice classy frame, after 3 weeks of waiting, the kid went back to school no glasses came, after many phone calls to this place, they told us the glass came, it was the wrong frame, we went back select a more expensive frame, every day a different story, they told us the company that put the medicine in the lens break it, today is october 30, 2024 and still no glasses, we asked for a refund. what horrible patty shop this business is, i am concerned who runs this place, they do cheeky business, they have this older lady at the front desk that they teach how to lie to the customers, i am very dissapointed, like this place is a scam place, take ur top dollars and give u different glassses u never ordered. do not go there. read more

The office staffs are wonderful people. They are honest and have patience. This is my initial experience with them and I hope to be able to keep going there as long as I am happy with theirs service, the choices of frames and prices. read more

I've been going to Dr. Silverman for almost 20 years. In fact I just learned I was patient #13! My kids AND grandkids have gone there. Dr. Silverman and the entire staff are THE BEST. If you're looking for a super knowledgeable doctor and helpful friendly staff, this is the place. Many eye doctors told me I could t have contacts. Dr. Silverman took his time and made it work for me. He diagnosed an ophthalmic problem one of my kids had and probably saved a huge problem by referring us early to a specialist. My wife's vision is constantly changing because of MS and Lupus and Dr. Silverman takes all the time necessary to make things work for her the best possible under the circumstances. If Dr. Silverman were to move I'd probably move there too to be near him. read more

Anothet pair I wanted was worse than the first. don't use this place. dr Silverman was the best but the new people are not good with helping you. I recently (March 27, 2023) went to Eagle Eyecare in Coral Springs, Fl. to get my yearly check up and new glasses. I realized that Dr. Silverman had sold his practice to Rosin Eyecare (Chicago based company). I had my exam and was fitted for a new pair of glasses. I ordered a new frame of the same style I had been wearing for several years. They were light weight and were comfortable. I paid $600 and was told they would take several weeks and they would call when the new glasses come in. After 3 weeks I called and they said the new frames were not in and they would let me know when they were in. I waited another 2 weeks and called and my glasses were not ready. The frames after 5 weeks were not in from the manufacturer and they would call me back to give me an idea when they would be available. At 7 weeks I called again and they said they had just received a delivery and they were probably in that box and they would call later in the day and let me know for sure. It took another 3 days and I called back and they told me my glasses were ready and I could pick them up. I did go and pick up my glasses. This is too long to wait regardless of the many excuses given for my glasses not being ready. The office person I spoke with on 5 to 6 different occasions that said they would look into the problem and call me back NEVER did call back. Patients are spending a lot of money and do not deserve to be treated so poorly. My name is Chris Everett and I will never go back to Eagle Eyecare . read more

Rockstar optometrist with a star studded optical team to match. I've known the Silvermans since 1996, and they've been consistently delivering great results to their clients. With the Doc in the exam room and Regina at the front of the house, you are guaranteed to get a great experience from start to finish. Don't let the modest signage out front fool you. This team delivers greatness and service that few places can in this cookie cutter optical day and age. Give them a chance and you will see why they are tops in the industry. read more

The previous doctor, Dr. Silverman I believe was his name, retired over a year ago, sold his practice to a Chicago based corporation, and well...the drop of customer service is significantly noticeable. It's not even close. It's a shame because Dr. Silverman was just amazing, he took pride and enjoyed his work. Always explained things so you could understand what is going on with your eyes. When you received your contacts, he would test your vision on the machine to see if they fit well and you were getting the proper vision. This place doesn't do that. They just tell you come and pick up your contacts and let us know if you can see well. This new Corporate takeover treats patients like a cattle call. Get them in, get them out. They rarely are open on the weekend, if at all. And you will wait, and wait, and wait, and wait for contacts and lenses. Of course they try to blame it on the supply chain. And if you do not follow up with them constantly, months will go by and you will still not have your contacts or lenses. My favorite experience with them is when I complained about the service to a young male employee who works the reception, definitely in his 20s and instead of deescalating and reassuring me he decided to argue with me, raise his voice, talk over me, and get nasty. When I complained to his supervisor, she just shrugged it off. It's obvious this eye doctor's office doesn't care. The female optometrist I saw was cold and mechanical, very transactional. This place use to be awesome but this is a prime example of how corporations do not make things better, they just treat you like a number. Save yourself time and a migraine headache and do not give Eagle Eye Care your money or I promise they will waste your time and money. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Silvermans office since I moved to Florida over 7 years ago. He is very thorough with his exams, always willing to talk about your concerns, and the office staff is amazing. I purchased a new set of glasses recently and it appeared that one of the lenses may have been defective. They replaced both just in case there was an issue with the other one. I would recommend this office to everyone. read more

I have been a patient at Eagle Eyecare for many, many years. My husband and I moved to California and found a new optometrist out here where my husband was prescribed glasses for the first time in his life. The experience was a headache! We had gone back multiple times to get reexamined and change his prescription. It seemed like it was a lost cause. Finally, we made a trip back to South Florida to visit family and I called Dr. Silverman's office to see if they could squeeze him in to give him a proper exam. I was already super confident that he would be able to fix my husband's issue. Lo and behold, Dr. Silverman was quickly able to find that the California optometrist prescribed him the wrong correction for his astigmatism (more than 3x stronger than it should have been). He was also able to properly diagnose his exact type of colorblindness and that he needed a slight prism added to his left lens. He did such an extensive exam which really showed off his compassion and expertise. I am thrilled that the office staff was able to fit my husband into their packed schedule. They are always so sweet and professional. He is now able to see perfectly! Can't thank all of them enough! We will definitely make the effort to continue going to Eagle Eyecare whenever possible. Side note: Dr. Silverman found an optic nerve pit behind one of my eyes a long time ago which no one else has ever been able to detect. I went to an opthalmologist to make sure everything was fine and they were impressed that he was able to find it. Luckily it's nothing I need to worry about but it is just further proof that Dr. Silverman is the best of the best! I wish they could all move out to California. ;) read more

As a physician visiting from overseas, I was very pleased with the services and professionalism displayed by Dr. Silverman and his team at Eagle EyeCare: thorough and meticulous examination; courteous and friendly staff; detailed explanations by Dr. Silverman; prompt service delivery, and clean, conducive office surroundings. Hard to find a better service. I have tried services in Charlotte, NC and so-called world-renowned institutions elsewhere but never had my checklist met. Simply, Eagle Eye Care is the best place to have your optometric needs met in full. read more

I went to another optometrist in the same area before I found Dr Silverman. That optometrist also had great rating with yelp ....!! but my experience with him was terrible . I went back twice; told him I can't even see well and felt dizzy; only thing he told me is tried on the new prescription(contact lenses) for a month and u will get used to it!!! seriously...... he also transferred me to see an eye dr. , which is really good; he told me your optometrist will call u after I forward the report direct to him.... he never called ! so I decided to look for another optometrist right away.... I Highly recommend Dr Silverman! Very patient and professional. Listen to me carefully with what I need and how I felt, he will fix that right away and asked me to go back to see him within a week! read more

Eagle Eyecare is the best. Every member of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I'll go one further. I am hearing impaired and always have trouble in doctors' offices, but not here. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure I understand them and never lose patience with me. Dr. Silverman and listens and responds to every question and never rushes my appointments. They have a great selection of frames to choose from and the best thing is that you can go back there for adjustments, repairs, etc., and they go out of their way to be helpful. I have my whole family going to Eagle. I'd never go anyplace else. read more

As soon as I wheeled into Eagle Eyecare, I felt I was amongst family. I use a manual wheelchair and I am totally independent. The staff and Dr. Silverman could not have been any more accommodating.
