I visited the Panguitch office today for myself and my one year old daughter who has a slight lazy…read moreeye. I was SO IMPRESSED with the entire experience! No wait at all. The doctor and the staff were absolutely amazing with my daughter. The doctor took care of all of my concerns and made us feel like he actually cared, which is rare with doctors. I highly recommend and I'll definitely be going back!

My first impression of this office was that they are BUSY. Dr. Pace has been terrific, and this…read morereview does not reflect on his service. But there is a large staff - which you would think would be a plus - but it isn't. They are all very friendly, but there is too much inefficiency. When it works well, there is no problem. But when there is a problem, it becomes an exercise in frustration. I had a very frustrating experience with the billing department last year. This year, I have been waiting for my new prescription for 22 DAYS now, and they still can't tell me when they will be finished. Why not? LENSCRAFTERS gives you your new glasses in ONE HOUR. Since I only need to see an eye doctor once a year, a well-run office ought to be a quick and easy visit. But it wasn't last year, and it isn't again this year. I'm going to find a SMALLER, more efficient office - where the doctor actually cares about RETAINING patients. When I told the doctor I spoke to on the phone today that I am going to find another office - he said: "That's fine." Totally unacceptable. If you want to be "one of the crowd" - this office is for you.
