This year, I have been waiting for my new prescription for 22 DAYS now, and they still can't tell me when they will be finished. Why not? LENSCRAFTERS gives you your new glasses in ONE HOUR. Since I only need to see an eye doctor once a year, a well-run office ought to be a quick and easy visit. But it wasn't last year, and it isn't again this year. I'm going to find a SMALLER, more efficient office - where the doctor actually cares about RETAINING patients. When I told the doctor I spoke to on the phone today that I am going to find another office - he said: "That's fine." Totally unacceptable. Drove 3 hours across the Nevada and Utah high desert to Cedar City. The closest Ophthalmologist office to Ely NEV. NOBODY THERE TO CHECK MY EYE. Went to Mountain Eye Institute in south west Cedar City and got excellent treatment. Can you trust a doctor who can't even run an office and answering system?
