The entire office staff is always so welcoming, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, especially when it comes to working around my crazy schedule because I have 5 kiddos . I also always enjoy chatting with Hunter while I'm there, which is an added bonus to my trip. Dr. Eggen has a way of making a trip to the dentist feel more like visiting with a friend. He walked in and didn't even bother to introduce himself, was arrogant, immediately told me he only works M-W and emergencies are handled elsewhere. My first impression wasn't impressive AT ALL! He looked in my mouth and said that I need to brush and floss better (although his hygienist told me that my teeth and gums are very healthy for my age) and asked when was the last time I saw a dentist. I told him that I have seen a dentist every 6 months since I was a child and follow through on all appointments. He pointed out that I have broken teeth, cavities and crowns that need replaced or repaired immediately. I received a quote that was absolutely ridiculous! I told him I have never had an issue with my teeth and especially the ones he pointed out and he said, "well, nobody has the top of line equipment and X-rays like mine". I told him they weren't bothering me at all. I decided to get a second opinion and when I scheduled that appointment, they requested the X-rays from Eggen Dental. The X-rays that were sent over were horrible quality and blurry (I could even tell), so I had new X-rays done. The new dentist said the "broken teeth" weren't broken at all and those were just lines in my teeth. The new dentist asked if I had issues or pain with those teeth and I said none. He said he would prefer to recheck in 6 months as he didn't see any of the issues Eggen dental said I had. I will never return to Eggen dental as I felt talked down to, felt as the dentist was arrogant and that he was just making things up about issues with my teeth. My new dentist came highly recommended and I will keep my business with a dentist that is friendly, not arrogant and doesn't make up issues that don't exist.

Cleanings, in the past, have been very painful and I truly had to convince myself to get another. Sierra was amazing. Very careful, thoughtful and gentle. I experienced very little pain or discomfort. The experience erased all fears I had stored up from the past. She is truly gifted. Dr. Melling took the time to explain the problem with my tooth and the options that he would recommend. This dentist, however, has gotta be the best and quickest working dentist I've ever been to. Dr. Fackrell easily and accurately assesses what needs to be done. I've had a root canal and a few cavities taken care of. Root canal: no pain, done in 45 minutes. Pain for a day, easily taken care of with ibuprofen. Fillings: 3 done in 30 minutes. He'll explain everything as he works which helps you feel comfortable. Also, he'll tell you exactly how to take care of it and what to look for in the few days afterward. I highly recommend this dentist if you want quick, pain-free, quality work done on your teeth.

As I was driving there I got a phone call 15 minutes before my appointment was supposed to start saying that I was not eligible for the coupon. I couldn't remember having ever gone there. They said I went there for a cleaning in 2012. I have no recollection of this. A few years ago I called around to all the dentists in town and left information because I was having an emergency. Perhaps it was from there. Regardless I had my whole day planned around this dentist appointment which they then informed me was NOT eligible for the coupon. Needless to say I will not be using this dentist and I do not recommend them.
