The day of our practice we met Jaechon behind the our hotel next to the river. She had mats and props set up, along with a few special items to take home to remember our practice. The Cosmic Flow practice is accessible for all levels - even beginners. It was a perfect balance of movement and meditation. The deer gathered on the lawn as we moved. I had no clue what to expect and I'm so happy that I went in. It's a SAH method, a mix of meditation, affirmations, beautiful music and lots of body movement. Coral was great and explained what we were doing at the start of class. As went went through class she would slow down, walk us through the next part and we would move and dance like crazy banshees. It was just what I needed. I lost my dad almost two years ago and I'm ready to let go of the grief and anger I'm holding onto. I truly believe this class is going be a great addition to my healing.
